Costumer service is above and beyond
My new glasses came in and they are absolutely perfect. They are the Harken Mariner Tortoise glasses. Every time I contact Oceansmall the customer services has been above and beyond. The response time is quick and professional and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Item was never in stock but still listed on site. I received a “notification” of the refund 1 day after the order was processed which was 2 days after purchased but took over 1 week for the refund to show up in my account. Called and blamed it on processing but all other refunds with my credit union show up in 1 day.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had ordering online. Ordered a bunch of light weight jig heads totaling 9 ounces and was charged 30 for shipping then they send the wrong product. Still waiting for a call back to see if they will correct the mistake!
