Disappointing Lack of Spare Parts & Support

I purchased the Oclean X10, their top-of-the-line model, expecting a premium experience. While the toothbrush itself works fine, the lack of after-sales support is shocking. The rubber holding the charging lid dried up and broke, so I sent it to their service center, only to be told they no longer carry the necessary parts for repair—just over two years after purchase.

For such an expensive product, this is unacceptable. It’s like buying a high-end smartphone and being told after three years that no spare parts are available, forcing you to buy a new one. If this were a budget model, I might understand, but for a flagship product, it’s simply bad business.

I would strongly advise against buying Oclean’s high-end toothbrushes, as their long-term durability and support are highly questionable.

Super Clean!

The first time I used the brush, I got so ticklish on my lips I didn’t think I could use it. But I found my technique and got acclimated to the much higher vibrations. I’m so happy with the “just after the Dentist” clean I get with this product.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and a scam company. I ordered two toothbrushes and one showed up dead. I emailed their customer service and they responded initially asking for multiple photos and a video of the broken brush, I sent it all, then they ignored me for almost two months. I eventually disputed half the charge with my credit card company and Oclean sent them incorrect and incomplete information, which lead my credit card to close the case in their favor, somehow. I’m once again trying to email Oclean now and they’re sending me incorrect bank statements and absolutely gaslighting me that I already got my money back- which is WRONG! This is a total scam company.

Purchased a pro model some years…

Purchased a pro model some years ago....I was never really impressed with it, plus as the battery drains, there is a noticeable drop in performance....Decided to replace it with a top of the range Philips toothbrush and after only one use, my teeth feel a lot cleaner, plus the quality of the Philips head is far superior, so sadly cannot recommend!!
UPDATE!!
Having used my Philips toothbrush for several weeks, my teeth are noticeably cleaner and there is virtually no plaque... That wasn't my experience with the Oclean Pro at any stage!!
Also, I see Oclean do not respond to reviews on this platform which doesn't reflect well on their customer support!!!

I purchased a oclean x pro digital and it failed

I purchased a oclean x pro digital toothbrush. Not sure I like app. For me worthless. That is my opinion though. Toothbrush worked fine for 7 days. Then it says I have 0 retries and won't start the brushes. Talked to customer service, they asked for video and serial number. Then silence. Now two weeks later, it won't turn on anymore. Totally unimpressed with quality or service. From my experience waste of money.
