Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Tried to purchase product as advertised as free delivery, but includes delivery charge in final total. Contacted customer service who asked for screenshot as should be no delivery charge. Sent screenshot and heard nothing back, sent another three messages and nothing back. This is not a reliable company and should be avoided, other reliable companies can be used for their products.

Horrible service
Horrible service, on the web page they claim 3 days delivery time, it's been over 2 weeks now, but toothbrush still has not been delivered, and there is no communication from the customer service or any apology.

I placed my order nine weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. No updates on delays. Really disappointed as I have since moved house and will have to travel to pick my package up when it eventually arrives.
