One Solution Roofing - No Way

This sounds like a dodgy company parading as a family business. They only correspond via text. I saw a white van with 'One Solution' painted on its side and called the number. They arranged by text that one of their team would attend to give me a quote and arranging a text appointment for today 31st at 9.30am. No call, no show, nothing! Neither did they call even though they had my number to ask for the address. They didnt turn up, then just said sorry, we will be happy to arrange another appointment. Dodgy and very suspect as they only allows reviews on their site ocsroofing.co.uk! which has no option to put in a review either
