It was a sheer delight to work with Ocpita
It was a sheer delight to work with Octipa. They went above and beyond to assist me. The articles I bought were too small, so they managed to find my original invoice in the system and they are sending me the bigger size free of charge. Into the bargain, they have said I can keep the smaller ones. This just doesn't happen nowadays. Thanks Ocpita

Excellent customer service
I purchased 4 pair of protective underwear and they were the wrong size. I left a message using their return feature and was contacted by Jade who was so helpful and understanding. Ordered the wrong size online
Ordering the right size online is always a problem. I usually wear a 2XL, but when the underwear arrived, it was too tight. Knowing that you cannot return underwear, I contacted OCTIPA to order another set of 3. They asked why the different size and when they discovered that it was because the first set was too small, they sent the replacement order FREE OF CHARGE. AWESOME customer service!

Great Customer Focus
I made a mistake size wise when ordering my incontenance underware. After I received the order as ordered and the product was too small I contacted you regarding a return. You immediately sent the correct sizes and told me to keep the original pairs and save the postage. Wonderful Customer Service.

Poor customer service
I ordered 3 pairs of boxers on a Buy 3 get 3 free offer.
When the package arrived there were only three pairs. I tried on one pair and they were a terrible fit.
I contacted Octipa to try and return the two unused pairs and obtain a refund for the three pairs not sent. I received a reply from "Jade De Chez" asking for my order number which I sent by return. Since then I have had no reply except blank emails from Jade with no content on 6th, 14th and 17th of January . Each time I asked where the content weas. To date I have received no refund and no other contact. Very poor customer service.

They say they cannot find my records. Considering I have written to them now 4 times, there must be something strange about their records.
They asked me for a photograph of the faulty articles, which I sent. Then 2 days ago they asked me for it again, saying they hadn't received one. I replied, attaching the photograph again. Since then no contact from them once more. What do I have to do to return these knickers, under what they say is a guarantee?

After carefully reviewing our records, we would like to clarify the situation with factual information.
We confirm that on 20/01 we requested photos of the items. On that same day, you replied stating that you would send them, however no photo was attached to your email. You can verify this directly in your own email records, as no file was received by us on that date.
This is not an issue with missing records, but simply that the required documentation was not initially provided.
We also confirm that the return form was sent to you yesterday, allowing you to proceed with the return in accordance with our policy.
We remain available to complete the process once all required information is correctly received.
Both briefs and boxer trunks are fine for in the house.
Both briefs and boxer trunks are extremely comfortable to wear. I am now several months after HoLEP surgery. But for anything more than sitting or pottering about the house, they really cannot cope. I can go for a day in disposable pants from the supermarket, walking cross-country, going to the cinema, shopping. But I would embarrass myself trying to do the same in Octipa wear. I have just returned soaked from a forty-minute walk in Octipa wear.
