I bought 2 pair briefs .I don't have a big leakage issue, more of an ergency issue. On the only 2 times I had leakage, I found the padded area to be too low and the outer area becomes wet. I was grateful to be offered a discount and have now ordered boxer trunks hoping these will be more suitable. A big thank you to Jade Customer support, who was very responsive and helpful in every way. Fingers and Legs crossed for better outcome

Not for me
I found these awful to wear. I have prostate cancer and whilst Im not incontinent I do struggle with urgency and some occasional dribbles. Without going into detail I found getting access when urgent was very tricky and most wetting of the underwear occurred during the act. I've never had a problem with access using Tena men and these were probably more suited to those with incontinence. Won't be using/buying these again.
As an update I have been contacted by Octipa customer service who have tried to help but I think it's simply just a case of this product not being suitable for my particular needs, nothing more nothing less. As they have tried to help I've upped my review to 2 stars.

Don't think I would buy again
I bought 3 pairs of these underware and they looked to be very good but I have had to report that one pair already show signs of deterioration at the waistband as the seam is coming apart and this is after one ware and Wash. I also find them extremely uncomfortable to ware particularly in hot weather as they are constantly sticking to my skin as they seem to produce perspiration when sitting on a chair for an hour or so. I haven't got a major leak problem and wondered if these are too heavy for for my problem. I think they are an expensive product and not good value at all based on the deterioration after such a sort period. I would add that because of the way they are made they do give a reassurance to the wearer that they will do the job if required but that test didn't happen to me.

About the comfort in hot weather, Octipa underwear is designed to provide protection, but some users may experience stickiness or warmth due to the absorbent layers when sitting for extended periods. This can be more noticeable if your flow is lighter than the product is designed for. The underwear is indeed designed to handle moderate to heavier flows, so it may feel heavier than needed if your requirements are lighter.

Efficient product and great customer service
The product is very efficient and performs very well. My only complaints are: 1) air-drying takes a couple of days due to the very effective absorbency of the material--so it's worth the wait; and 2) the sizing runs a bit on the large side. To that end, when I called about exchanging my boxers for a smaller size, the customer service was polite, prompt, and very helpful. Thank you.

Briefs stayed wet on the inside
I have used there briefs on and off for a couple of weeks, tonight is the first time I did not mak it to the bathroom in time, The briefs stopped the water going through the pants, but the pants remained wet on the inside, if I had been outside it would be very uncomfortable having wetnunderpants against me. Great product. I have been looking for underwear with reusable pads. Disposal pads tend to move, during the day, so it is good to have a discreet fixed pad. I no longer have to hide my pad when I am in the changing room at the gym.
