I needed a new size...
I needed a new size but was outside the exchange window due to illness in our family. I emailed and received an immediate response that Octipa would send the new size free of charge and asked that I donate the size that didn't fit. Super customer service; do not hesitate to order and try their product!

The boxers are a poor fit
The boxers are a poor fit and only pull up to sit low on the hips. I also find them bulky and uncomfortable to wear.

The material is cheap and size does not fit description. Spent nearly $80 and can’t even use it. Exchange for a different size is not allowed even for unworn product. Buyer beware.
Update 8/10/25: Octipa reached out to me after my initial review, and I explained that I purchased the product for my 12-year-old son with special needs. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well for us, and the material wasn’t comfortable for him due to his sensory sensitivities. Octipa responded promptly and processed a full refund with no questions asked. While the product itself wasn’t the right fit for our needs, I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and commitment to resolving the issue.

I bought three pairs of briefs from Octipa. It turns out they were a bit too small and because of my unique situation with the trajectory of my urine flow (swelling down below meant that my flow comes out two sides - I know it’s weird) the smaller size didn’t work for me. I wrote to Octipa about my situation and the response back was the most wonderful, understanding response I have ever received from customer service. Octipa is sending me a bigger size to try at no cost and they were super understanding.

Good Service Good Product
I liked the briefs they were surprisingly normal, both good quality and comfortable. My original size was not a good fit and my request for a bigger size was handled with very little fuss. I found their customer service very good in this regard. Delivery time was a bit longer than promised.
