Leah at Night customer’s team was absolutely fabulous!!! the switch was so easy to do with her and she was responding very quickly, so we have completely done everything within a few days. She was very professional, friendly and understanding.

Got through to operator very fast, explained reason for call and Brad helped answer my query to put my mind at ease. Asked about a gas smart meter and wheels were put in motion to ascertain if this is feasible. Happy with way my call was dealt with and responses and solutions
