Hi

I used them for app 6 months - and then I cancelled.

6 months later - they try to auto-renew subscription and pulling money from my account.
Definately not a trusted company

Ever since the new update year or so ago for the octovpn pc app an the octovpn mobile app being taken offline, octovpn has became dewdew, support dont reply until days later an they never give you notice about them deleting a provider so if you have a config set that was one of those that get deleted good luck using VPN because it won't let you delete config note even use a new one until you pay for another subscription or until support does something until then you are screwed in that situation. 2016-2022 octovpn was number 1 yet now upgrades etc to the app an site made things not work out soo good maybe its because BLOCK be in the website code along with many other things that is useless code, I don't know about the code in program app on pc but the octovpn client login to use VPN like deleting config an generate Wireguard config and support just need to be redone, when my subscription ends and I see no ups to the VPN I won't be paying for it no Bueno

Great vpn payment easy(used paypal) server was set up in Seconds verry fast and if you really dont want to worry about ddos activate the firewall and add ur ip to it W VPN

Nothing but trouble since they "upgraded" waited days for a response from there support team just to be fobbed off then banned from there discord after being disrespectful to me for discussing my opinion and having them then terminate and part refund my subscription. its seems when you have a problem they just fob you off with an excuse and don't want to help. if you don't stay quiet they just get rid of you instead of trying to solve the issue.

trash vpn gets slammed by anyone who knows how to scan a port

Tbh ive been using this paticualr private server for a good 2months now. The uptime on the server is greate its never gone down. Very reliable servers. Octovpn support is thorough and helpfull along with the support staff.

Very good quality vpn. Android app could use with some work but a very helpful smart team. Has a lot better ddos protection than any other Vpn iv tried and. Comes at a very good price. Just wish they did some members discounts lol

I signed up yesterday and I have disconnects every 30mins or so and when you try to reconnect it just says "too many connections buy more" despite having zero connections as I was disconnected on my playstation. They claim to have live support but nobody is ever on live support it says "live support is away" when you submit a ticket you dont get a reply.
its over priced for such a poor service so im glad I only brought 1 month to test it out
