Do not order from them!

Do not order from them. Their sizing is a joke. I ordered a size medium top which was too small. and a size small pants which were too large even though I measured myself on their site. My Order was $257 in total and I only got $103 back after fees for return postage. I was better off selling them on ebay to try get the money back. They charged me $86 Australian to return the items. What a joke. Work on your sizing and dont advertise that you do returns when you take $86 return fee. JOKE JOKE JOKE. Will never order from them again

Amazing service!!

I never really do reviews but after such a positive experience I felt compelled to do so. I’d been eyeing up a dress on the website for a couple months but some of the negative reviews put me off. However, I decided to just go for it because I loved said dress so much.
Anyway customer service was 10/10, they replied so quickly and advised me which size to get based on my measurements, and when delivery was delayed (due to DPD) they refunded the delivery amount and gave updates where my parcel was (it was only a couple days late).
Anyway the dress is perfect and the quality is amazing, I couldn’t be happier.

Returns scammers

First time as an online buyer and I had to return the dress as it’s uncomfortable/too tight across the chest. I have the same dress in another fabric and it is a good/comfortable fit.
Refund processed minus
£3.95 initial postage
£5 restocking fee
£4.50 return postage.
1) Online / distance selling regulations state the seller is responsible for initial postal charges when the contract is cancelled within 14 days.
2) Charging customers for restocking is a joke. No one does this!
3) Generic responses from customer service just don’t cut it nor does posting responses on here such as: "I am very sorry to hear this. Please do get in touch with us again at xxxxxxxx as we would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible".
I feel let down, it’s a small amount but shows blatant disregard for customers and I for one will not buy again either in store or online.

Great customer service

I purchased the white satin jacket and skirt set for my bridal shower-which is to die for. But when ordering my previous shipping address was on file. I was able to email the company and over the holiday weekend, less than 12 hours later, I received a reply back that my address had been updated. I was relieved. This is my second purchase with odd muse. The quality is great and I’m so happy they have a US warehouse to ship from.

I bought the gold Bow dress from Odd muse for my birthday , and I asked the team for a size recommendation. When it come it fit like a glove and it’s probably the nicest most structured and well made dress I own . The fabric is to die for and I received so many compliments on this dress the day of my birthday .I felt so special and I will definitely be buying again from Odd muse and recommending to people also ♥️

Show stopper and great service

My order was placed on the 7th July and…

My order was placed on the 7th July and at nearly 2 months later still no order or refund. I have constantly chased and been told ‘Royal Mail take 30 working days’ we can’t do anything but offer you a replacement. I don’t want a replacement as my event passed and your customer service dealing with this has been disgusting. I’m £130 still out of pocket from this awful company. Considering your profits are now in the millions the fact you can’t fix this issue is very poor. Don’t waste your money with the company. Watch the videos on TikTok about their quality and products. The truth is really shining through.

£72 back from a £169 order

Ordered 2 dresses for my engagement party, neither of which fit me around the bust area and I was gutted. I couldn’t even do them up. I sent both back & then a few weeks later received an email to say that they could not refund me for one of the items (the more expensive of the two) as it had a stain on it and sent me a picture of an orange stain near the bottom of the dress and that they would post me the dress back. Apart from trying this dress on for no more than 1 minute as I could not do it up, this dress has not been worn. It was put straight back in the bag. The dress I received back is definitely not the dress I tried on. The stain is quite big and I would have seen that when trying on and the bottom of the dress doesn’t sit flat, like there is an issue with the fabric. It looks like some sort of oil or fake tan.. which I do not wear!!! The dresses I tried on were both amazing quality but unfortunately they didn’t fit so I had to return. I will never use this company again or recommend. I asked for evidence that my dress arrived back to their warehouse like that to which I received a generic reply. £172.95 order placed and I received £72.50 back. Really disappointing as the dresses were gorgeous.

Never had such a bad experience with a product that feels like paper. Waiting for a refund for over two months. Go and shop elsewhere. Aimee takes your money to buy her next bag and doesn’t refund. Scam.

Absolutely appalling customer service…

Absolutely appalling customer service and no flexibility on returns. I purchased a graduation dress for nearly £200, and despite the high price, I was flatly refused an exchange for a different size. For a company charging premium prices, this lack of consideration for customers is shocking. My emails asking for help were met with indifference—there was no care, no effort, just rigid policies.

As a student, this was a significant purchase for a milestone event, and the way I was treated made it feel like a complete cash grab rather than a company that values its customers. I will never buy from OddMuse again and strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

Return scammers

Had to return something to them and found customer service was just AI when i found it was cheaper to post it myself instead of using their system they havent processed the return and it has been over three weeks so now i am not only down the processing fee anyway along with postage but they havent refunded what i have returned. Will not be purchasing online from them again as you cant even return in-store.

Different fits and bad refund policy

The fits are all different for different styles of dresses. I purchased a dress where the zipper was pretty hard to zip up and returned it. I lost $131 once they deducted shipping fees, handling fees etc. Ripped off. Do not purchase unless you know exactly that you will not be refunding an item. You lose money!
Odd Muse need to review their refund policy and be in line with other companies that have fair and easy refund policies. I will not be purchasing From Odd Muse again online

If I could give 0 stars I would. The recent negative reviews of this company are so reflective of the decline and how bad it is getting! AVOID!

Customer service is horrific. Extremely slow replies to any email sent (sometimes no reply at all) and no phone number to speak to someone. If there are any issues with an item you purchase, it will not get resolved. The dresses and clothing are so expensive, and for that you expect quality - which you just do not get. The declining reputation of this company is so truthful. Do not order unless you want to be hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I should have listened to my friends about how dreadful this company has got recently but I have ended up at a loss instead, my own fault!

Poor customer service

Visited the store in London and found the perfect dress to wear to Wimbledon the next day. Went to put my new dress on only to find that the dress was a size too small. The outside packaging had the correct size in but obviously packed incorrectly.
Customer service is very poor, no contact number to ring and took over a week for them to agree to waive the return postage fee and even then they still charged me for the return so had to contact them again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I love the clothes but their customer service/ability to follow consumer regulations leaves a lot to the imagination. I had ordered the wrong dress and realised very quickly (less than an hour), I emailed immediately but they said they were unable to cancel as it’s been processed on their system. At that point I had not received a single email confirmation nor a shipping email, they then said they can’t cancel on their end which I genuinely struggle to believe. I reminded them of the consumers legal right to cancel, but their only option was to ship the dress and I have to pay to return it. Given the countless reviews of people here and on social media of returning dresses and them refusing to refund, I didn’t really fancy the risk. They’ve lost a very loyal customer because of their archaic processes.
