Amazing customer services
I went into the Seven Dials shop recently and the ladies were so helpful. They didn’t have my usual size but helped me with alternatives and let me try on a few options. They were so helpful and provided excellent customer service. My receipt doesn’t say the name of who served me but both ladies were so helpful! Next time I need an event dress I will be back!

People actually work here.
Although there are a few more steps than an amazon return, the customer service on my order was great, and at least if it's an extra charge to return, you can see what you're paying for. Prompt and helpful responses were given throughout the process.

REFUSING A REFUND
I ordered 2 jumpsuits and the sizing was completely off, i package straight back up tried both sizes on, and they are refusing to refund one of them due to saying its been worn, but none of these items even fitted me, the sizing is completely off, im not happy with the photos of the item they are claiming that i wore, as this was not the condition of the return, be careful when ordering from this company as i will no linger order EVER AGAIN

I ordered the ultimate muse v-neck midi and it arrived the next day, it wasn't as fitted as I hoped so ordered the next size down and it turned up early the next morning. I got it in black and wore to an evening wedding and I felt so classy and beautiful. It's so well made and fit so perfectly. I'm looking for reasons to wear it again!

I purchased the square neck slip dress in L, size 12. The dress and fabric is beautiful only the sizing is completely off. I could barely zip up the dress. Yet, I’m a M and size 10 around the bust. I couldn’t help but wonder how women who have C cups bust would fit into this? Your designs and garments are gorgeous but please look into sizing.

Albeit there's issues with sizing, it's easy to suss - size up for dresses, size down for oversized/blazers, otherwise normal. Regardless OM still has great clothing with quality material, amazing styles, modest or sultry for different occasions. I just wish they had more selection and in Petite for pants please! I've bought 5 items from OM so I would definitely shop with them again in future 👑

I purchased pre-order items and these were delivered well before time in perfect condition. I was updated every step of the way, which was great. Every email enquiry was answered in a timely manner and customer service was amazing. The dresses in varying sizes were nothing less than perfect. The clothes are nicely structured and the ordering and return process was simple (UK based customer) however the sizing is INSANELY small!
Im a true to size UK size 10 and the ultimate muse halter top in size M was waaaaay too small. I returned and exchanged for a L which has arrived today and I can JUST squeeze into it! Also ordered the ultimate muse skirt in a M and this fit?!? Very bizarre sizing!

Do not order from them. Their sizing is a joke. I ordered a size medium top which was too small. and a size small pants which were too large even though I measured myself on their site. My Order was $257 in total and I only got $103 back after fees for return postage. I was better off selling them on ebay to try get the money back. They charged me $86 Australian to return the items. What a joke. Work on your sizing and dont advertise that you do returns when you take $86 return fee. JOKE JOKE JOKE. Will never order from them again
