The flowers were beautiful and delivered as promised.

The delivered flowers were as beautiful as pictured online. I was a very proud gift giver. I found the website easy to use. I found many lovely choices that I thought were in impeccable good taste. I had one slight problem with the website. FYI. It suggests that no gift note has been entered before you get to the point where you’re actually asked to enter a note. It made me think I had done something wrong. Otherwise flawless experience.

Only downside was their tracking / updates were a day late. I received the "your flowers are out for delivery / delivered" a day after.

I had the most exciting experience when I ordered from Ode a la Rose. I felt like a movie star. How you say could you feel like a movie star? WELL, FIRST OF ALL, THE CHOICES OF ARRANGEMENTS COULD ONLY HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN SEEN IN THE MOVIES.The delivery was expedient and ritzy. My daughter-in-law was greatly impressed which made me feel good. My experience was the thrill of a lifetime.

The roses were beautiful and so fresh. I appreciate the unique color which when I looked up the colors for the purpose, the orange was close to the salmon, which represents fascination. We were trying to show our sentiment to a colleague who went on to another team. Thank you for the lovely bouquet and the vase options were an added bonus. She loved it all.

I ordered a bouquet from Ode à la Rose through their website while I was in Argentina, to be delivered in NYC, and overall the experience had both positive and disappointing aspects.
First, I want to highlight the things they did very well. The delivery was punctual and exactly within the promised timeframe. The packaging was also excellent: the bouquet arrived in a sturdy signature box designed to protect the flowers during transport, and it clearly helped preserve the arrangement in good condition. I also liked that the flowers were properly hydrated and presented neatly when the box was opened, which reflects the care put into shipping their bouquets.
However, the main reason I chose this particular bouquet was the color palette shown on the website. The tones and combination of flowers in the product photos were what initially captivated me and ultimately influenced my purchase decision. Unfortunately, the bouquet that was delivered differed noticeably in color from what was advertised. While the arrangement was still fresh and professionally assembled, the actual colors of the flowers created a visual result that I personally didn’t enjoy. The aesthetic feeling was quite different from what I expected based on the photos. Had I known the colors would be so different, I honestly would have chosen a different bouquet. To be fair, the person who received the flowers didn’t know what the original bouquet looked like and absolutely loved them, which of course is what matters most when sending flowers as a gift. But as the buyer, I did feel disappointed because the color scheme was the main feature that convinced me to select that specific arrangement.
