Had the HGV Driving Assessor training over a 3 day period. Smart and friendly coaching from Jim, very informative and understanding of the needs to get the best out of me throughout the 3 days. Empowered me to have the confidence in my own ability to assess other (and more regular) drivers. Was able to have some flexibility for start/finish times. Would definitely recommend using in the future.

Jim has provided us with a number of support services around our driving team. This has included assessments prior to drivers starting with us. Coaching for returning drivers who were a bit rusty on C&E. Post accident reassessment and coaching. Onsite CPC and will shortly be doing some yard safety/shunter training. He is happy to tailor content for us to serve our needs, and manages to get the balance of friendly / professional bang on. Both drivers and transport team have given consistently positive reviews.

We contacted ODSS to carry out a driver assessment after a recent bridge strike.
This consisted of a 2 hour assessment and then we requested a further 2 hours of coaching as the drivers attitude to other road users did need some improvement.
We can now see improvements in the driver and we will certainly be using ODSS for further assessments and training.
