I bought an item which was available in their eBay shop, but unavailable from their website (as I'm also buying other stuff from their website). The shop made arrangements so that I can order the item from their website.

I purchased 8 or 9 DSPIAE markers in various colours (one of each). After picking up my order, I realised I had made a mistake. I was sure I had added a gold marker to my basket, but instead I had accidentally ordered two red ones and left the gold out.
I went back to the warehouse, explained the situation, and the staff kindly and promptly swapped one of the red markers for a gold one.
