I've only used the click-and-collect option as I live nearby and it's always been an excellent experience. My orders come through as ready to collect instantly and I've previously had the shop even get in touch to notify of their opening hours and check when I'll be arriving. The staff are always polite and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. They have a huge range of kits, making them an easy choice for purchases and I would always recommend them to others. 100% satisfied with OEShop—plus, it's always great to support a local business!

I made my first purchase a few days ago and my order has arrived. It was packed okay and only a small amount of damage to both item boxes, but everything inside appears to be okay. The order placement and delivery by royal mail was good. The only reason I cannot give 5* (as I would love to do) there was no option of a larger spend limit for free shipping. I know they're a small business, but I have a number of larger tab items in my cart that I just feel agreeved to pay a few hundred pound and then pay the shipping too. Maybe I'm just being mardy or it's because I'm used to the free shipping from other stores. Still, I would recommend the store to friends and have, in fact, shared it on a hobby pages on Facebook.

Items arrived fast, well packed and in good condition.

A good store that provides a large amount of gunpla stock with speedy delivery and even got a free sticker so would defintley recommend

I ordered the upgrade to the DSPIAE Circular Cutter on Tuesday at 10:30 and after I had completed my order I realised I needed an additional item. Emailed them and they responded very quickly and instructed me on how to add an order to the first order, though this needs to be done almost immediately as my goods were ready for dispatch just after midday. I also followed this up with a second email to confirm my additional order details.

Everything worked brilliantly and all the goods which where due to arrive via the postal system on the Friday in fact arrived on the Thursday.

My husband loves anime/model kits etc... and I know very little about this stuff (I know enough brief info to get him presents!). I've struggled in the past to find this kinda stuff, on top of it being super expensive elsewhere. The prices here are much better and the delivery was so fast :) boxes arrived in perfect condition, but can't comment on the models themselves as it's a Christmas present. Thanks, I will be returning for his birthday!

I have only just got into Gunpla, after being an on and off modeller/miniature hobbyist for almost 40 years. After looking at a number of retailers I chose OEShop after they were recommended by a trusted youtuber (Dave of MSPaints).

I placed my first order on a weekend, consisting of 8 various kits and a decal set. The order was confirmed and ready for RM pickup by Sunday afternoon. It was collected Monday and delivered in perfect condition on Tuesday.

All the kits were nicely packaged into a bubble wrapped block and boxed up. I appreciate the reuse of random packaging as filler too.

I felt like an excited teen again as I unpacked it and checked through the kits, with so many lovely kits to build. Unfortunately, I then had to split them up, as they are gifts from my family for my Birthday and Christmas. I do get to keep the bonus Gundam stickers to put on my wet pallette though, so thank you for those lovely extras.

I am delighted with the service from OEShop and I already have a growing wishlist of kits to order when I can.
