fast delivery just started collecting the 30 minute sisters line and was nice to find a uk store selling them at a good price well packaged

Order was delivered promptly and correctly and item was good quality.

My order was sent quickly and it was packaged well. The PG kit that I ordered had no dings and was wrapped in bubble wrap for safe measure as well. I would definitely order again.

Some things that could make it even better - more payment options? For some reason - when I was making the purchase it wouldn't allow me to choose the Pay in 3 for Paypal.

Also, maybe have additional courier options? It is fortunate that the kit was packaged well (even had a FRAGILE sticker on), when it was delivered by Royal Mail, they threw the box to the ground (gasp!) which was all caught on my video doorbell camera. If I paid a hefty sum for something, I expected it to be treated with care. Not OEShop's fault, it was a Royal Mail issue.

Ordered an entry-level gundam without thinking too much about the website. They sent a nice gundam sticker with my order, which was a really sweet addition. I'll definitely buy again just for the stickers lol

Order (a set of DSPIAE marker pens) placed on Friday, arrived Sunday - what great service!

I am actually impressed with OESHOP. They delivered the package on time the following day with no exuberant price. The item arrived with a fragile sticker and corner protector for the ordered item. I would defo order again with them! Guaranteed that collectible item would arrive safely!

Absolutely spot on not had any trouble my previous order was missing some paint brush heads no fault of oe the tube was there just empty and they put the missing items in my next order with no fuss greatly appreciated

Made a few orders with OE now. Always have a good selection of Gunpla at reasonable prices, also tools and accessories. People have mentioned lack of postage options and no free postage at higher value purchases. This is not an issue for me as they’re so well packaged I don’t mind paying at all. Theres other stores that charge double for courier no matter what you spend. Always get some stickers with order which is a nice touch. Happy customer

I was on vacation in Scotland when I found OEShop - I thought "there must be a Gunpla shop in Edinburgh, right"?
I found them rightly late (the day before) and contacted them whether or not I would be able to pickup some boxes a few hours later while I passed Edinburgh on my daytrip.

They were very helpful through e-mail and I decided to order through the webshop and let the items be prepared for pickup. A couple of hours later I found the webshop and picked up the (huge!) Gundam boxes which were already prepared and waiting for me...
