These hearing aids, at first seemed promising, however over the next 24 hours of receiving them they stopped working, when reported to the company for exchange, they are asking for a video of the problem. I now read from other reviews that this is the way of frustrating the situation and they don’t plan to honour there policy. Move on from this product as they are junk and getting restitution is impossible.

Stay away from this company. The product doesn’t work and you won’t get a refund. This is a scam and should be reported.

These are the best value hearing aid.
Cost is very inexpensive NZ $249.
You can't lose they are brilliant .Easy to wear .Rechargeable nice holder case . Adjustable volume .Instruction book about details .
Got rid of my tinnitus as it now allows my Cochlea to function as it has reset my loss of pitch. Unbelievable.
Normally would have to pay $4-$5,000 on tests and assessments to achieve what the chip inside Can do( .Vox Humano) also 20hrs. Battery power.

thank you for your prompt reply however i purchased these to help me with my learning italian and your advert told me that ambient noise would be reduced, (noise cancelling) and speech would be clearer. unfortunately for me this simply is not happening, your earbuds definitely make the volume louder but not clearer. also i am embarrassed to use them as they are not discreet as advertised, they are far too obvious and ugly. i think i would please ask for my money back as they dont, for me, live up to your promises, please send me a return label. best regards, Mike

My review is a mirror image of all the other reviews. Many emails, many promises, no refund and no replacement hearing aids, which only lasted 1 day!

They are still telling me replacements are on the way, but nothing ever arrives. This has been going on for 5 months!

AS EVERYONE ELSE SAYS - KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total Scam

I cant say I bought them but they give our warehouse address to people who want to return them for refunds. Its a scam. Their business is not here. Please stop buying them and save your money.

I paid $200 for the hearing aids, they were slow in arriving and the charger on the left side failed almost immediately . I asked for a full refund which in their add they promised no questions asked. After several emails I finally received an offer of 30% , by this time I had already replaced them.. Since then I have emailed many times but no response . I note that they now have changed their refund policy to 14 days , Its a SCAM.

Purchased the hearing aids in November 2024.
Unfortunelty, they where the incorrect type for my wife and they hadn't even been opened, I asked for a refund on returning them.
They promised a refund but after they agreed to that, I had not heard from them, even after sending many emails finding out what's happening. Still no response nor refund.
That was 2 months ago now!!!!

Ok,I am going to be honest. I bought a Novorito hearing aid in September of last year. Within a two days one hearing aid stopped working. I contacted a customer representative. I submitted a video showing the position in my ear. 28 emails exchanges later still no replacement or refund. It's the middle of January. Stay away from this company! They don't honor their guarantee and play you hoping you would stop demanding a just,ethical response.

I would use the cardboard inside of a toilet roll, it's probably just as effective and will last longer. They say they have a chip that guarantees crystal clear hearing NOT TRUE well maybe helps for two days. They say there is a 1 year warranty -NOT TRUE they say you can try them worry free for 120 days and get a no quibble refund NOT TRUE they say you can get help or advice from their help desk NOT TRUE Keep and use the next cardboard inside of a toilet roll its probably just as good, will last longer and is definitely cheaper.

I purchased Novorito hearing aids in October. They did not improve the hearing as expected. I returned them to an address I was finally given. The address does not exist. They never refund the money either. Hands off of this company!

The hearing aids did not improve on my existing ones. They took 2 payments from my Barclaycard and sent me an address to return them which the post office did not recognise. They promised a refund which never happened and after numerous emails they stopped replying. I have raised a dispute through my Barclaycard which is still ongoing. Do not use this company!

Yep... total scam... sent the hearing aids back... they promised a refund but never sent me my money...

I purchased Novorito hearing aids but did not like them so returned them to an address in Durham I was asked to send them under the Novorito return policy. The address was fake and my bank credit card have not made the refund either.

Ordered & received hearing aids - upon inspection the aids were far too bulky and not ‘discreet’ as advertised and generally a bad fit, protruding well outside my ear canal- they looked ridiculous.
Complained by email and I was given an address to return them which I did with certificated proof of posting - this was all done strictly within the guidelines of their returns policy & I asked for a full refund.
After not receiving my refund I contacted the company several times by email only to be told it was ‘being sorted’ and would soon receive my refund - after two months they have stopped replying to my email requests and to date I still haven’t received any refund from them.
They take your cash, provide inadequate goods and don’t adhere to their returns policy and don’t reply to emails -

Novorito has been advertising hearing aids that they claim feature cutting-edge technology. Intrigued, I decided to purchase a pair to see for myself. However, shortly after completing my order, I was offered an upgrade, which led me to cancel my purchase within five minutes—well within their 48-hour return policy.

After receiving the hearing aids, I was informed that to return them, I needed to provide proof of postage (which I had to pay for) to receive a refund. Unfortunately, despite several attempts and being given three different return addresses that the UK post office doesn't recognize, I am still waiting for my refund after sending numerous emails.

In conclusion, I urge caution when dealing with this company!
