don't get fooled by their website & customer reviews

Purchased 2 wrist blood pressure monitors. They arrived in a plastic envelop, BOTH boxes were damaged. I don't get that a Chinese company ships oversea without protecting the merchandise
Inside the plastic cases were dirty. One box contained the manual, the other not.
One monitor works , the other dead on arrival.
you ask yourself what went wrong showing this company, you go back ,you read all their reviews and see customers picture, but then as you want to now leave a review as a customer there is no option to do that.

Seems fishy. I can’t find any info on this online store. No reviews, nothing, yet the website has been up for 10 months already…
