DayDeals is a scam company...

I purchased a SonoLuxie Ultrasonic Cleaner from DayDeals on December 18th, 2025. The purchase came with a one year Warranty. The product arrived and it was defective. It did not work as promised, there was virtually no agitation of the water in the Cleaner. I contacted DayDeals Customer Support on January 7th, 2026 - they asked that I send video clips of the product in operation. I did that and was told that they would get back to me in 3 days. Well it has been three weeks and still no response. In addition I contacted them a second time on January 20th, 2026 and again I was told that they would get back to me within 24 hours. It has been 9 days and they have not responded. They do not stand by the product or the warranty. Worse still they promise action and then do not deliver. Beware purchasing from this company. DayDeals is a scam company.
