After extensive research into battery storage and receiving many conflicting comments on my requirement enquiry, I had a conversation with Sam that put everything into perspective. I chose his company for my installation of 20kw of storage. I could not be more happier with both the communications with Off Grid and the installation itself. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication from Adam
Great communication from Adam, even when he was on holiday. The battery I wanted was out of stock but he kept me updated about stock arrivals. Once in, he organised delivery within 2/3days. I would defiantly recommend.

Sterling service
Sterling service, there was an error with the shipping due to my solar panels being oversized for a normal lorry. But they got it sorted with really good communication and updates. Will be using them again in the future for sure.
