Orderd a bag from Office ETC.
Delivery day no bag, I waited a few days to see if it would arrive.
Contacted Office ETC and they have confirmed it was a mix up with the delivery company and would be posted.

Excellent Customer Service
The item I ordered, at an excellent price, was shown as being in stock. Unfortunately, this turned out to be incorrect. However, I was offered a suitable, more expensive alternative, at no extra cost to me.
Their customer service was excellent.
I received the product promtly and was more than happy with it.
I'd certainly use them again and would recommend others to do so.

Sometimes the speed of delivery is excellent but other times it is a bit disappointing.
I only ever use 'Free Super Saver Delivery' (to keep the cost down) so when I sometimes receive the goods in two days I am delighted. I like your prices for Canon Ink cartridges, so that is why I keep coming back.
