Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! Never use that company. I just wanted to check the price but you can’t because they are not honest.
I downloaded my documents after you have to choose the plan and after they show you price, even if you don’t want use them, their already have your bank details.
But even worse, they don’t want to refund the money but I can’t use the service I have paid for!!!! First time in my life I saw something like this. Scammers!!!

I have been charge £39.90 for a subscription I didn't know I'd was signing up to, as no information regarding this was apparent which converting a file for .50p I have only just realised this on my credit card statement and the 48hour / 14 day trial is now over. I find this extremely sneaky! And I am now attempting to received a refund. Other users please be aware of this auto subscription!

Shocking customer service
I needed to convert a PDF file into WORD, and I used Office-PDF for the first time. I paid £0.50 for the service, and I was quite happy. However, after 2 days, I was charged £39.90 on my Monzo card. I called the Office-PDF customer service to find out why... They mentioned that I subscribed to a monthly plan, which I clearly never did. They refused to refund the money. The most horrible thing was the customer service. I spoke to Alba, who was aggressive, rude and also threatened to 'hang up the phone on my face'. To the company management, please listen to the recording of the call. Do you really want your customers to be treated like rubbish by your customer service?

You pay 50p to convert 1 PDF and your actually signing up for a monthly subscription.
Once i saw these rewiews i canceled but now i am not able to log back in to confirm.

I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. I needed to convert one document and bought a download that had been converted for 50p sadly I didn't know Office.pdf had signed me up automatically to a membership I don't want or need. I have tried to contact to cancel twice. I have contacted my bank to put a stop on any transactions from them. I don't want a subscription and I can't offord a subscription, please stop trying to take my hard earned money. These guys are a scam, be where!

The conversion was effective, however I took advantage of using them a second time and was caught in a monthly debit subscription. Please read thoroughly all terms and conditions. I have no need to convert any documents in the future.
