You did not make it very clear that there would be a monthly charge of £39.90 per month after I purchased an item for the grand total go £0.48 I only noticed this when I looked at my bank statement I went back to your website and low and behold all of a sudden there is a message saying I have 48 hours from purchase to stop this charge going out monthly as I stated nothing was mentioned when I purchased Ann item for £0.50 please reimburse my money

I initially signed up for the £0.50 trial offer to transfer one document, but after attempting the transfer and closing the page, I did not continue using the service or review any further details. However, 48 hours later, I noticed a charge of £39.90 on my account.
While I acknowledge that it was partly my fault for not reading all the terms carefully, I believe it would have been appropriate for you to send a reminder email before the charge was applied. This lack of communication has led to an unexpected charge, and I am not satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend your service.
