The conversion of the document was…
The conversion of the document was great but nowhere was I told that I would automatically be charged after the trial period. Have now cancelled my email account to cancel this. I do not do enough to warrant the charge on a monthly basis and there was no option given to not auto join or other cheaper options for those that only do a few documents a year.

Wording is misleading
I originally purchased a service for £0.50, I further £39.90 was taken. The wording on the website was actually wrong, and states it is £0.50/ month, so I did not know I would be charged a further £39.90. Contacted the company for a refund and was told that wasn’t possible. I am not very happy with this service, there are other companies to use that do not scam

just an awful company takes £0.50 to start with and then will charge you £40 after 48 hours dose not clearly state this on there website! they automatically set you an account up I never received an email saying they were going to take more money. When I rang to discus this with them they were very unhelpful and would not help.
I asked if they could refund me and I was told no they could only cancel the account so I would not be charged in the future which now means I can't even use the service I have just paid for!! the hole thing is just a SCAM Please never use this service

Scammers company I only needed to convert one single document and the charge me 0.50 pence and after 2 days came back and took £39.90 which I never agreed and subscripte any of their services to anyone want to use their services beware of this scam scammer
