Great Herman Miller chair, very comfortable, it is also a decent size, without being too big, does what it says on the tin. I am happy.

Quite expensive. Chair turned out to be much smaller and weaker build than I had expected. No help from customer care. Can't recommend the company.

The chair was to the wrong specification, with a grey base, not a polished one. We kept the incorrect one while the correct base was ordered and they then came and swapped it, but it took over 7 weeks... See more

I have bought several of these chairs but recently the arms are breaking off, so don't think I will be buying any more!
