Very good service

Fast and Efficient

We had a broken lock on one of our cabinet doors. The lock was taken away and about a week later or so they replaced the door. It took roughly 30 seconds to replace.

Great product, great price, great delivery

Office chair for my home office was 100% as described (ex-display) and in immaculate condition. Great price and great delivery experience, with an email by the Sales and E-commerce Manager confirming the arrival day and time window. This was followed up by a call on the day by the driver advising he was on his way. Driver brought chair direct to the front door. Chair was covered in a clear plastic bag to keep it clean (spotless!). Fantastic service, very pleased. Many thanks to the Service Team.

Great service, prompt response, sales team follows up to check if everything went right with the delivery.
The quality of chair is as shown, there were some dirt marks on the bottom of the chair but I guess that comes with the refurbished package.

We've used Andrews Office Furniture a few times and each time has always been seamless and so easy to deal with. Paul W our go to sales contact is really helpful and on hand to support, offering alternative options at a really good price. The hands on delivery team, particularly Mark who has visited our office more than once is also really professional with no task being too small to get on with without any complaints. I really appreciate the hard work, considering our office doesn't offer a lift and lugging 80+ chairs out to be recycled and lugging 80+ back in is massively appreciated. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for office furniture!!

Bought a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron from here and had it sent to my partner. They called me before the delivery and made sure the chair was dropped off fully assembled right at my partner's door. The chair itself is in near perfect condition, and my partner loves it. An Aeron is not typically in my budget, but I wanted to invest in a good quality chair, and Andrews Office Furniture made that possible for me :)
