Good service, phone call to confirm my order was ready after about 10 minutes!
The down side is the website, I found it really difficult to find the products I wanted. In the end only ordered ink and picked the rest myself in store.

Ordered online via they web site (Click and Collect), and found it easy to use and got all the information of when it would be ready to collect.
The down side was that when i went to the Store the product was still in the Ware house, but on the plus side the Staff member who was serving me went to the Warehouse and was back quickly...It may be me expecting too much but i thought the product would have been on the front desk waiting for me to collect...
But that aside, was happy about the service and the way the member of staff knew where the ordered product was...
