Ordered two very expensive couches which were supposed to be delivered on the 8th November. It is now the 15th. Emails are not being responded to and calls aren't answered. It appears we have been scammed! WearCheck.

Bought an office chair (Motion Chair) for my wife. Pre and post sales communication was excellent. Best price for the chair available. Two day delivery local was fantastic.

Delivery scheduled for 2 days after purchase. Arrangements made to finish office based on that information. Next day delivery rescheduled for 21 days. Order cancelled and refund requested. Would have received item quicker from overseas. Thought I was buying from an Australian supplier with stock in Australia. Misled!!!

Sucks,Sucks....still awaiting for the hawks...opened a case and still pending...I ordered furniture to the value of R15 000 in February 2023 and no delivery....but I am glad the hawks are in thier case....

I was looking for new office furniture and was glad when I came across Office Stock. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the furniture is high-quality and stylish. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The drafting chairs foot ring doesn't work and after a little confusionthey are processing the return.

Total disaster. advertised and promised a product and delivered a completely different one when we asked them to change it they refused. The refusal came from the co-owner of the company. Don't purchase form this company.

Also took them 3 times to come back and fix the non safe desk as they could not put it together properly.

I recently purchased an L-Shape Desk with swinging door cabinet and I absolutely love it! It looks great in my home office and it is very comfortable. The customer service was also amazing - they delivered it the following day for free and they installed it in 15 minutes for a small fee. I highly recommend!

Great Customer Service & Product Quality.
I have purchased a Unity Straight Office Desk from Officestock, the desk is great - the design and quality are also really good and it got delivered within 30 hrs of ordering it.

We had bought furniture a few years ago for the office and needed an other cabinet that matched the old furniture.
I got in touch with customer service and they sent me different photos of a model of cabinet for me to see what colour it should be.
When we got the new cabinet in the office it matched perfectly!

Incredible customer service

Being in a remote area I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get my items shipped from officestock. They were the only provider who could supply a good quality white desk that would fit my space (1200mm). Their service was excellent right the way through and delivery was prompt with no damage.

Cant say enough good things about this company. They went over and above to help with our new office fit out.
Came out the same day went over a design and worked within our budget. Delivery and install was smooth and the install team even helped set up items we had purchased from elsewhere no cost just want the office to look great for our open day.

Office looks great Hugo reception counter is amazing great experience thank you Matt & Russell for all the help from start to finish nothing was to hard.

I didn't know this site from a bar of soap when I bought a standing work desk and I bought it with that sense of slight worry you have when you don't know if you'll receive your product or not! But they were great. Their communication, the tracking system and the speed of the delivery were all fantastic. I highly recommend. No worries at all based on my experience.

I bought the Axis height adjustable desk and Matt from the Office Stock team helped me with all the questions I had. The desk arrived well within the expected delivery time and months on later, I have 0 complaints. The desk itself is of very high quality and quite sturdy. Looks great in the office too.

I purchased a couple of OMEGA 1500 & 1800 Credenza's and 900 Book Shelf Cupboard & advised I was purchasing more over a short time in several orders as I wanted to complete the office with the same series.
When I requested to buy the three 900 Upright Cupboards in OMEGA series and Matching Desk and two hutches, I was told they didn't deal with that supplier any more. When I asked for supplier details I received no reply.

I managed to find another stockist who were more than happy to have my business & I will be recommending them in the future.
