This company has terrible values and are very Racist!

I am deeply disappointed by Officeworks' recent news headlines refusing service to an individual based on their Jewish identity. Your response in attempting to address the issue is nothing short of appalling. The release of this information has exposed a serious issue within your business practices and company leadership. Our neighbourhood values businesses committed to treating all individuals fairly and respectfully. Until then, I cannot support or recommend your store. You have caused tremendous emotional trauma and damage to us as a Jewish community, who once supported you, and I sincerely wish you'll shut your doors and leave our neighbourhood.

Their staff at the Elsternwick shop seem to be ignorant of how and why a service can be refused to a customer, race and religion are not one of them. All of the staff at the Elsternwick shop need to be educated on appropriate customer service. This err "Customer Service" staff member should be sacked not moved, so she can hide anonymously among other Office works staff.
Not buying anything more from this shop, as I do not support any shop that support racism, Looks like Target, and Bunnings is out as well.

Hitler is back with is anti semitic

I reached out to office work for a complaint in purchasing Boost Mobile Sim Kit, and store level IT not knowing the procedure. The response was very disappointing and feel for customers that don’t stand up for consumer rights. Won’t be shopping at Southport Store for a very long time. Disappointed Customer

If you want a racist and anti Semitic experience just pop into the Officeworks store in Elsternwick. Totally disgusting.

Hitler would have been a big fan officeworks. He would have shopped here and felt right at home. Since I'm not a Nazi or a fan of Hitler or anti-semitism or bigotry in general, I'm choosing to boycott this morally compromised joke of a company.

I was disgusted when I saw how a customer was treated because of his religion, how could a firm condone racism. Until office works comes out and sacks this person and states they are against antisemitism and racism and all people no matter colour, religion etc are welcome in their stores i and as many people I can influence will never shop in their stores

I have ordered TV in Officeworks Cairns, cause the shop did not have it in stock.
On my next visit I noticed the TV is available to buy of the floor.
I presented my order to a shop assistant who said my order did not come yet.
Nick, the manager, confirmed they now have a stick, but can't issue TV to me because my order has not arrived yet.
They can't cancel the order , so i can purchase a new TV off floor.
They suggest to purchase a new TV what they have now in stock and cancel my order when i get notification that the product artives.
Are we all mad here? or leasy, because they dont want extra work.
Purchasing or God forbid ORDERING someting at Officeworks is NOT RECOMMENDED.
