Holidaymakers heading to the US are being warned not to fall for the copycat websites that aim to dupe those applying for the Esta permit – the US’s online visa system – into paying unnecessary fees. This company is one of those. They style themselves Official ETSA but they are absolutely nothing to do with the official US government ETSA service. They are a private company styled to look like an official website. This information is cleverly hidden in tiny letters at the bottom of the website, if you scroll all the way down. Do not fall for what is essentially a complete scam to extract more than 4 x the cost of getting the ETSA through the genuine official website. I think it's appalling that this company is allowed to stick official onto their service and pass themselves off in this way. Their T&C aren't made clear up front. The only number to call is only available after you've applied and paid. It's not a UK number and it's difficult to extract from their website. Everything about this website is a masterly way of hiding its real purpose, which is to overcharge.

The US government Warns Against Third-Party Site Use for ESTA Applications in a release dated 05/26/2021 - saying: There are many websites and e-mail scams attempting to mislead international travelers and members of the public into thinking they are official U.S. government websites. Officers at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have noticed an increasing number of third-party sites claiming to help foreign travelers apply for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).

The Guardian Newspaper and Which Magazine are also working with Google to ensure that websites like these are no longer able to style themselves as government websites.

You can report this website to Action Fraud, to Google and to Government Digital Services.

The website simulates the appearance of an official US agency but it belongs to a private company based in the United Kingdom. They impersonate the identity of the official body, collect your data and carry out the ESTA register but charge a much higher cost than the real official website. The use of logos, name ("official esta"), images of officials, etc. has the clear objective of deceiving the consumer.
Look for the real official US government website!

I tried to find my old Esta travel authorization approved for my new travel to U.S. through CBP website. But I couldn't find it. I emailed to customer support team for this trouble, and immediately get a reply from Susan. I was amazed at her such quick reply. I really appreciate on her great help and support.

A scam and fraudulent website.

Plz careful they donot mention amount when apply.

I was about to pay 190 dollar .

My credit card asked me you want to pay and I declined instantly

Thought we had to update our address in US. Couldn’t find out how to do it. Emailed help line and had the answer in less than 5 minutes.

Having received my ESTA I noticed an error on the approval. I immediately emailed advising of the error and asked if a correction could be made. I was staggered to find that within 10 minutes I'd received a response with confirmation that required changes would be made. A massive shout out to Jayne and her support team for the speed of service and outstanding professionalism which I simply cannot fault. Well done AA++.

DO NOT USE this Place for Esta, but apply directly and pay only 14 dollars. This Place pretend to be the Official Place to apply and they charge 95 for the exact same form and work. It is correct that they are fast and everything workshop, but My husband still Got his Esta a couple hours faster than me AND only paid 14 dollars. Save 81 dollars!
I know better next time.

I applied for our ESTA numbers on Jan 17 and as I hadn't yet received the relevant number's I contacted 'Support' today.
To my surprise and delight, Susan responded to my email within an hour and provided the number's my wife and I needed.
So well done Susan. It's great to be able to give a positive report.

I made a mistake to type my passport number. And I found it at the ckeck in counter. The new ESTA application has approved so quickly within hour and I can catch the flight with this quick support.

You get your ESTA if you fulfill the requirements but they charge you a lot more than the official 14 USD. They have made their website to look like a government one and they hide the fine print of their service charge very well. I am ashamed that I fell for it. I can´t believe that American Airlines actually had a link to this site. Shame on both companies for making people pay like 60 USD more than you have to.
