U.S. ESTA Service Reviews 101

Jayne from the ESTA support team has been incredibly helpful with answering my time sensitive questions with the preciseness I was looking for - and she generally got back to me within 10 minutes of e-mailing her. Even follow up questions she responded to super quickly - couldn't be more satisfied!

Needed urgent help with my visa application. Wrote in to their support email and got a response in 2 hours - very fast and efficient service, made me feel much more at ease with the traveling mix ups. Greatly appreciate Jayne’s prompt responses and updates on my application. Got it approved in an hour :-)

I didn't understand that there were other ways of getting the Estas. I was confused, mostly about the difference in price to that of a friend who had just applied for the same thing. When I asked for clarity via your email address customer assistance and was answered promptly. The explanation was courtious and clear. I was offered a discount which was extremely kind. In spite thanks giving holiday, I wrote in not expecting any reply for a visa application receipt request. Support officer Jayne, replied so quickly and professionally. Such a wonderful experience and I really looking forward in visiting USA.

You don't need this service. It is a rip off of a government service that only cost US dollar 14. The name is misleading, this is a private company and not Official at all. Avoid.

Con artists claiming to be the official Esta website but they arent- they charge $95 for a service that actually costs $14 if you do it directly with the official government site.

Overall a good service. I made a mistake on my first application. I answered one the questions incorrectly about previous criminal records (I was once cautioned by police but never arrested). They helped me get in touch with Customs and Border Protection to get the denied ESTA overturned so I could apply again. I was able to resubmit another application free of charge and my ESTA was approved. Saved us a holiday so no regrets on their service and would recommend for others.

This service is expensive, but I found their customer support really helpful when I arrived at the airport without a valid ESTA and needed to make an urgent application.
I was in a bit of a panic waiting to see if I would have to miss my flight, and all my emails were responded to really quickly on a Saturday, and it turns out I also made a mistake on the form as I was in such a rush which they identified and were able to inform me.
I just made my flight and without this service i'm sure I wouldn't of got my esta in time.
I was happy to pay the extra price to actually deal with a company that has real people rather than an online system where there is no human element. It may not suit everyone but it probably saved me £500 on having to re-book my flight.

This company are claiming to be the “official “ ESTA website but they are NOT.
I did all the work myself,filling in all five of our passport numbers and full names of each of us and our address.
Imagine my shocking horror when I realised that they had not only charged myself £70 for five ESTA’s but actually took £390.64!
I contacted them and they offered 25% of my money back!
The nerve of them.
Be warned as I only wish someone had warned myself and prevented them from taking so much money.
I never suspected anything as it looked like the real deal but they’re very clever to dupe people in to believing that it is the genuine website.
I’ve checked with the proper website and our ESTA’s are real, however I am left feeling so angry with them charging all that money for their “premium “ service, indeed!
Under section 75 of the consumer credit act I am entitled to my money back for breach of contract from my so I shall be claiming every penny over the £70. That’s all it should have been.
If I stop a few people from being duped as I was then hopefully these types of companies will be out of business soon.

Purposely trying to catch unsuspecting customers out though, that’s for sure.
I never seen the amount being taken until I read my bank statement, so be warned and don’t use this company.

This is a fraud. They will get you an ESTA but charge an additional $76 when you can go directly to the official site (which they claim to be) and get the ESTA for $14.

The customer service was very unprofessional and it is not worth the extra money. Stay clear! Do not use this website.
