Exceptional service from Amy. I had made an error with my ticket booking, despite it being my fault Amy was super helpful in helping me get this resolve exactly how I wanted to. We used Official London Theatre to book tickets to The Producers, which was a very easy and efficient process. However we were unable to get to London on the booked dates due to our son requiring surgery for a broken leg. I contacted the company to explain the situation and Chloe and Danielle were incredibly helpful; friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to move the tickets and the whole experience was an exemplar of excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Official London Theatre and will definitely book through this company in the future.

I accidentally booked and paid for a matinee show (Hamilton) instead of for the evening performance.

The service has always been easy to use, prompt, helpful and reliable. Because of age this will be our last trip, so thank you so much for your assistance for well over 100 times.

Really supportive and understanding customer service from Official London Theatre. We had to rearrange due to illness at the last minute and Amy assisted us in doing so and made my 8 year old niece very happy that she would still get to go and see the show when she is feeling better.
