Absolutely great website!
Very helpful to see what kind of tickets prices you should get/pay for.

Great service, however not sure how my rewards worl, I bought 4 txts for a West End Show, it said I had rewards I’m trying to book more tickets and can’t give where they are to use them.

I bought two tickets for the value of £127 each and the excessive charge fee using seatplan and ingresso was £23 for each ticket. This is a rip off!
The fees were not shown in any way only the complete ticket price. I contacted the ingresso customer service and they said it is in accordance with STAR Code of practise. That doesn't help, if companies are allowed to hide any fees.
My fault of using this website. But because I was on the phone and not on a laptop I didn't see easily the exact website I was on. Always make sure you buy tickets on the venue website.

I had a booking cancelled as the venue cancelled the event. Rather than simply receive a full refund, which is required under their membership of STAR, I received a voucher code lasting only a year. There was no hint in the email of any alternative resolution (ie refund rather than voucher) and the link to the terms and conditions in the email doesn't work.

After some digging around on the internet I found the correct email address to contact in order to demand a full refund in line with their commitments under STAR. I did get a response saying that a full refund had been granted.

However, I found the whole process intentionally dishonest and with their clear intention is to trick customers who've been subject to cancellation into leaving their money with them in the hopes that the voucher gets forgotten, lost or expires.

I have made a complaint to STAR since their terms and conditions and communications are completely inconsistent with their commitments under STAR membership. It's an absolute disgrace that when an event is cancelled SeatPlan's only instinct is to try and profit from it.

I booked a ticket not realizing that they are an agent that takes no responsibility for ticket fulfilment. The ticket did not arrive, and there is no way to contact Myseatplan, they only direct you somewhere else. And, guess what? That somewhere else - in this case London Theatre Direct - has zero customer service. Phone line not answered, useless chatbot online. I am GBP134 down on a theatre ticket that I have not received, with no redress.

I was in a hurry and Seat Plan popped up so I used it ... my mistake. Two tickets for Les Liaisons Dangereuse costing £143 when I subsequently discovered I could have got them on the Littleton website for £120

My preferred theatre ticket retailer. The website combines ticket sales for all the latest and most popular shows with a community sourced 'view from my seat' which makes picking the best seats at the best price, pretty simple. Have used several times and will continue to use.

Absolutely loved this show! It was hilarious and entertaining from start to finish. The venue was well-organized, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend for a great night out!

Seatplan is ideal. Easy to navigate and also shows you the theatre layout for seating which is really helpful. I keep forgetting to take a pic of the seating but usually you are stirred well with the layout they provide. Our seats in the stalls were just perfect.

The seat was fine, the play was not. Hard to understand the actors given their strong accents

Great company. Enables you to check what the view is from a seat before buying and to read reviews on the leg room and comfort of a seat. I use it all the time and have seen great shows in so called restricted seats. I also submit my photos of seats and get reward points which convert to £10 off tickets when booking with them. Win win for me.

Very funny and amazing performers. Probably needed a language warning, but we’re all over 18 so all good for us. Loved it! 😀

Seat Plan are easy to book with and send a timely reminder with tickets. We had gone cheap and booked restricted view tickets. Normally the restriction is minimal but this time there was a considerable bit of the stage out of view. However, we were very fortunate as we were offered seats in the stalls with an excellent view. Fab show. Sheridan Smith was brilliant!

Hopefully tickets are well worth it however I’m having trouble retrieving my tickets
