I ordered three plushies from Official Octopus Plush. After the initial confirmation email I had no further contact from them. The tracking app they use sent a notification when my order was dispatched but there was no tracking. Delivery also took about 2 weeks. I did receive my order but the colours were not the ones I had ordered. So...you probably will get a delivery, just not what you ordered.
WARNING - when you try to email their support and info email it bounces back saying the email address is not found. Most likely a scam where they send an incorrect order in the hope you return it and then they'll keep your money. AVOID.

Wrong items sent and despite several emails and forms submitted on their website no response from them either. Definitely not 24/7 customer care! Would definitely not buy from them.

Ordered one 10 days ago and still haven’t heard anything or received it

Edit: Received my order today after 15 days, and they send me the wrong colour.
Still wouldn’t recommend

It doesn’t come 1-2 days but it does arrive I was reading these reviews worried but it does show just not when it says it does I ordered my friends one on Sunday it’s now Friday and it was delivered today the reason they might not show up on time is because of covid it’s been happening to me with most places but they do show I must say they are smaller than I thought they’d be but that’s okay 😅 I would post a picture to show you it but I don’t think it allows me

Money left the account but product never arrived. No customer service, tried contacting on multiple platforms and no response.

I ordered this Octopusplush for my grandaughters birthday and was impressed to read that delivery was 1-2 days ... When it hadn't arrived 4 days later and just a day before the big day I went onto the web and was quite shocked to read all the negative reviews ... In my panick I immediately ordered one on Amazon to ensure that it would arrive next day which it did ... Lo and behold the Octopusplush did show up the day after albeit the wrong colour hence the 4 stars ... Our granddaughter was over the moon to receive a second Octopus ... I would suggest to the supplier that they have a better form of communication other than just an email address that doesn't work ! ...

Scam. Should've read the reviews here before placing the order. Still no sign and money left the account. Positive FB reviews come from fake accounts. Reporting to trading standards.

Wish I had read the reviews before. It is indeed a total scam. I ordered 4 and got one. No reply to my emails at all.
I will report them and try to reclaim my money.
DONT BUY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - Fraudulent company who will take your money, refuse to deliver your item or even respond to your emails. The address on Google Maps takes you to some self storage unit and looks like it was set up by a scam artist. If you use this company, please be prepared to lose your money completely and to not have any interaction with a member of staff. Pathetic company, have been reported to relevant parties

This site is a total scam and you must avoid it at all costs, placed an order 10 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived and I also fear that it still won’t, I recommend just ordering from Amazon as they do prime delivery, once again I advise you to stay away from this sight as it is a total hoax and should really be reported for false advertising and scamming

Ordered 3 octopuses with the buy 2 get 1 free deal and was promised delivery within 2 days. A week later and they still haven’t arrived and unfortunately I have only now read the bad reviews when it’s too late. I have contacted them as they claim to have 24 hour customer service but obviously no reply. What a waste of money.

Scam, ignores emails, turned connents off on Instagram, doesn't reply to any direct messages on Facebook or Instagram. Avoid at all costs

SCAM Avoid! Would have left zero stars but had to leave 1 to write a review. Going through the bank to get a refund. Take your money and nothing arrives. Emails get returned. No phone number to make contact.

Disgusting that people do things like this ! I bought this thinking it was a official site this was a present for my daughter for been brave over a week now and no octoplush no email nothing ! I normaly always research b4 I buy this time I never unfortunately 👎 not happy but god will strike these people down

This company is an absolute disgrace They never get back to you.Sent a faulty plush which was ripped but never once got back to any of my emails. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards!

My daughter ordered an octopus in a particular colour, delivery took over a week and it arrived in the wrong colour. The website boasts 24/7 customer service but also states that for an exchange it is best to repurchase and refund the unwanted one. I reordered only as my daughter was so disappointed, and made repeated attempts to contact them to return the incorrect one. I have never heard back, and this has been going on since December. I’m ashamed to say I have given up - lesson learned, check reviews before ordering!

If i could give this joke of a company zero stars i would, absolutely shocking customer service with e mails bouncing back, no replies to customer service queries. DO NOT BUY! They claim to have 2 days delivery but it has now been a week and have not had any shipping details! SCAMMER! keep away from this ‘business’ They claim to have 24/7 support, i have not yet after a week had any support! KEEP AWAY!!!!!
