Ordered some parts for motorcycle on 4…

Ordered some parts for motorcycle on 4 of July. Got a tracking number with DHL. Last update was on 7th of July that parcel is in Germany . Waited 3 weeks , no new update . Contacted the shop. Got an answer that they will find out and let me know later. After one more week still nothing. Have sent now email to them again but they now on vacation 3 weeks and as they claim they will not respond on any calls or emails.
Just want my money back. Doesn’t matter or this is Offroad kontor or DHL problem .
Just no help from both.

Sehr zufrieden / Very satisfied

Habe ein Paar Enduristan Satteltaschen bestellt. Die Beschreibung auf der Webseite war zutreffend, der Bestellprozess selbsterklärend, und das Paket kam innerhalb von 4 Tagen an (allerdings muss man hierzu sagen, dass der Händler bereits am nächsten Tag das Paket aufgegeben hatte, allerdings hat sich DHL ein wenig Zeit gelassen, fließt daher nicht in die Bewertung mit ein).

Die Ware kam gut verpackt bei mir an. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde wohl demnächst wieder hier bestellen.

Ordered a pair of Enduristan saddlebags.The description on the website was accurate, the ordering process self-explanatory, and the package arrived within 4 days (however, it must be said here that the dealer had already sent the package the next day after ordering, but DHL took their time, therefore does not factor into the review).

The goods arrived well packaged. I am very satisfied and will probably soon order again here.

Slow delivery, bad customer service.

Ordered an item with a guaranteed delivery of 1-3 business days since I needed it in a weeks time.

Ordered on Good Friday (so before the Easter weekend) and did the math: Shipped on Tuesday. Arrives on either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday so my day out on Saturday will still work out.

Today is Friday, did the shipment tracking. Hasn’t moved since Tuesday.

Wrote the seller Tuesday.
Excuses on excuses but no sorry whatsoever.
Wrote them again yesterday morning.
Not even an answer.

Issues over return postage when replacing a defective product

2019-09-29 i ordered some LED lights from them - total 323,55 EUR

2020-07-27 Unfortunately one of the LED's stopped working (1 of 2 in a set for 50 EUR - i.e value ~25 EUR ). Offroad Kontor wanted the defective back (to their importer) to assess my complaint. I asked them if they would provide a return label, but in the end put paid the postage myself.

2020-09-08 They accepted the complaint and send me a replacement and i then asked them to cover the return postage.

2020-09-28 They refused to cover the return postage.

"Under EU law, within the legal guarantee period of two years, defective products must be repaired or replaced without any cost to the consumer. This includes any shipping costs. So, the seller should cover all shipping costs."

I am satisfied with them handling the complaint and replacing the defective product. But not happy about having to pay the expensive return postage myself.

UPDATE: After sending the above 3 star review they agreed to pay the postage and i've received the €23 i put out of return postage. So i've changed it to 4 stars instead.
