It said the product was in stock upon purchase but a week later received an email saying it wasn’t in stock and received a refund. Very disappointed

Huge order and all sizes arrived correctly. Had to return an item due to my error and after a little covid delay refund was sorted easily. Great follow up service from one of my favorite stores. Thanks Kristy, you are an asset to the team..

first time buying online, wont be doing it again.
got one shirt out of 4.
all of them came in separate orders which just made things very complicated n confusing for both parties.

still haven't received my other shirts an no information on where they are or anything?

There was an error with my order. (basically I was sent out the incorrect size)
My first email was missed, so I did have to reach out again for support. However at this busy time of year I am sure they are being overwhelemed with emails and orders, so it is not an issue even slightly. Second email was responded to ASAP. they fixed their error by sending the correct order the same day including a free returns slip to post back the wrong items.
overall VERY HAPPY with the customer service. 10/10.

Got my septum and tragus done in one sitting, all went well and the piercer explained everything to me as he was doing it. A very pleasant experience considering I thought it was going to be a painful one. Very happy with both of these piercings.

the diamonds of my septum ring keeps coming off

Went in looking for conch piercing jewellery not really knowing what I was looking for. Staff were very helpful right from the get go and knew what they were doing, even measured to ensure I was buying the right size jewellery.

Jewellery breaks after wearing

Two out of three items I purchased weren’t available.

The earring I bought (online) is extremely small, and there is no 'give' in it, I couldn't stretch it open a bit more to get it around my ear (helix) It's gorgeous, just not practical unfortunately.
