Several months ago I had posted a review on my experience with this company. And Trustpilot had removed my honest and genuine replies. This led me to believe that Trustpilot " is not trustworthy.

I had provided full detail s of my purchase of the challenge and THREE times the company denied payments to me.

So basically i did not wish to waste my energy trading and then be denied payment.

I now see that Trustpilot has a warning on this website. I believe this company is a scam and a fraud.

EDIT on 20th April Adding the following comments after a reply from OFP:

I am sorry to say that you rules are NOT rule based. In you emails you clearly mentioned that review and some rules are at the "DISCRETION" that is a total BS. I had followed all the rules, worked very hard to achieve my profits. I was consistent with lot sizes and also very sound risk management. My average profits were much higher then the losses. On each occassions you choose a "different reasons" to deny payment.

i still stand by my views that you are a scam and a fraud company. And also it is seen that there is a WARNING on the trustpilot due to FAKE reviews.

We understand your frustration, especially after multiple payout denials and the removal of your review. However, we would like to clarify a few important points.

OFP Funding does not control or influence Trustpilot’s moderation decisions. Reviews may be removed by Trustpilot if they do not meet their guidelines (for example, missing verification, duplicated content, or policy violations). This is handled entirely by the platform, not by us.

We also strongly reject the claim that OFP Funding is a scam. Payouts are processed for traders who comply with the risk and compliance framework outlined in our Terms & Conditions. When payouts are denied, it is due to specific rule-based findings identified during the review process.

We understand that experiencing multiple denials can lead to a loss of trust, and we respect your decision if you choose not to continue trading with us. However, each payout decision is tied to account behavior and compliance — not an intention to avoid paying traders.

If you would like, you can still contact support with your account details and payout tickets to request a structured explanation of the decisions made on your accounts.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

This company is definitely a total…SCAM

This company is definitely a total scam. So I place my stop loss and they immediately close me out before price even got close to my stop loss. Constant mismatching with their service. This company is a disaster dude. Decided not to even continue trying as if youre going to mis managing where my stop loss is than there is no point in trading.... because I'm meant to lose.

We understand how concerning it is to see a position closed at a level that doesn’t appear to match your stop loss. Situations like this are usually related to spread widening, price spikes, or differences between bid/ask pricing, especially on volatile instruments or during low liquidity periods.

It’s important to note that:

Stop losses are triggered based on bid/ask prices, not just the chart price you may be viewing
Spread expansion can cause a position to be closed even if the visible price did not reach your stop level
Rapid market movements can result in slippage, where execution occurs at the next available price
That said, any perceived mismatch should be properly investigated.
We recommend contacting support and providing:

Your account ID
The trade ID in question
Screenshots showing your stop loss level vs. execution price
The time and instrument traded
Our team can then review the execution logs and price feed data to determine exactly what occurred.
We appreciate you bringing this up and will be happy to look into it for you.

Strict Rules, But They Actually Make You a Better Trader

OFP is definitely one of the prop firms with very strict rules, and at first it can feel frustrating. But the truth is, those rules force you to trade with discipline. You can’t gamble, you can’t over-risk, and you can’t get away with emotional trading.

If you take trading seriously, their system actually shapes you into a more structured and consistent trader. I personally believe the strictness is what makes you improve. It pushes you to follow your plan, control your risk, and trade properly.

OFP is not for people who want to flip accounts or trade anyhow. But if you want to grow as a trader, their setup helps you build discipline and become better over time.

Overall a good prop firm if you’re willing to stick to the rules.

Account was closed due to violating the 28 day inactivity rule, the annoying thing was the I bought the instant pro without the consistency score, made a profit and was still denied a payout. account was reset and profits were wiped out and messed up with my trading psychology, then i was in hospital for 2 weeks and couldn't trade due to recovery, they only saw the inactivity rule was breached because I had probems loggin in and I requested to not have it closed yet they still closed it and had no reply. I went onto the online chat and Yusirat told me to not spam them despite only have replied to their emails and having sent another 2 emails asking to have it reopened and wasn't a very nice conversation as he felt i was confusing him. got told nothing could be done but after being denied a payout and this on top now over £300 down and less than pleased as another prop firm allowed me to keep trading despite the inactivity rule breach. Will try again but it was a very nice experience. be mindful of he 28 day inactivity rule as i thought this only started after the first trade, not since the opening if the account. Still at least they reply quickly on the online chat. Shame about the account, is painful to see money wasted.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
We’re sorry to hear about the situation — especially considering the payout denial, the inactivity closure, and your time in hospital. We understand how all of this combined can be frustrating and impact your trading confidence.
To clarify:

The 28-day inactivity rule is typically calculated from account activity, and any misunderstanding about when it starts (e.g., from purchase vs. first trade) should be clearly communicated.

Once an account is closed due to inactivity, it is usually final under the rules, but your request for flexibility given your circumstances should have been handled with more clarity and consideration.

Regarding the earlier payout denial, even on accounts without a consistency score, payouts are still subject to the overall risk/compliance framework.

That said, your feedback highlights a few important issues:

Clarity around inactivity rules

Communication tone and support handling

Lack of flexibility in exceptional circumstances

We regret that your interaction with support did not meet expectations — you should always receive clear and respectful communication, even when the outcome cannot be changed.
If you decide to try again, we recommend:

Confirming all timing-related rules (inactivity, payout cycles, etc.) upfront

Reaching out early if any issue (like login problems) arises, so it can be documented in real time

We appreciate your balanced feedback and are glad to hear that response times on chat were positive, even if the outcome was not.
We wish you the best in your recovery and in your trading going forward.

We understand how frustrating it is to have multiple payouts denied, especially when the reasons given feel unclear or inconsistent.

We want to clarify a few important points:

There is no rule that requires traders to use multiple timeframes or to trade multiple assets.
Trading only XAUUSD (Gold) is not, by itself, a violation. Many traders specialize in a single instrument.
When reasons such as these are mentioned, they are typically linked to a broader risk or strategy assessment, not the isolated fact of using one timeframe or one asset. However, if this was not clearly explained to you, that is a communication issue that should be addressed.
Regarding support:
Being removed from Discord or having chats closed without proper explanation is not the standard we aim for. You should always receive clear, professional responses, especially in payout-related matters.

At this stage, your case requires clarity and transparency.

We recommend you contact support again and request:

A detailed written explanation of both payout denials
The exact rule(s) and trade examples used to justify the decisions
Clarification on how your trading differed from other approved accounts
Escalation to a senior Risk/Compliance manager
Please include your account ID and payout ticket references.
We understand your frustration — especially with a payout of this size — and you are right to expect a clear and consistent explanation, not general or confusing reasons.

OFP funding is legit scam!!

OFP funding is legit scam!!
They reject all payout request no matters how you trade, I had Highest winning trade of $232 and biggest loosing trade was $169 however they still mentioned biggest loosing trade exceeding biggest winning trade which was a lie, their support does not reply for 8-10 Minutes and end chat stating customer went non responsive

They also have no rise.io for payout which means they do not use legal payout companies

My reply to their respond

I continue to claim this as legit scam because if biggest loosing trade rejects my payout that means I will never be able to withdraw profits
Also, loosing such trade doesn’t means I am gambling, If you feel such gambling, risk team should stop account at same time.
In the end this is stimulated profit or loss and doesn’t have any risk, you are just giving excuses to reject payout

We strongly reject the claim that OFP Funding is a scam or that payouts are denied regardless of trading.

From what you described, there appears to be a discrepancy in how your trade statistics were interpreted, particularly regarding the comparison between your largest winning and losing trades. This is something that should be clearly calculated and explained, not left unclear or contradictory. If the figures you mention are accurate, you are right to question the reasoning provided.

It’s also important to clarify that payout reviews are not based only on a single metric (like biggest win vs. biggest loss), but on the overall distribution of trades and risk structure. However, any conclusion must still be consistent with the actual data, and if it is not, it should be reviewed.

Regarding support:
A delay of several minutes can happen during high volume, but ending chats prematurely or without proper resolution is not acceptable service.

Regarding payouts:
OFP Funding works with multiple payout methods and providers, which may vary depending on region, availability, and operational setup. Not using a specific provider does not mean payments are not legitimate.

At this stage, we recommend you request:

A full breakdown of your trade metrics (largest win, largest loss, averages)
The exact rule and calculation used to deny your payout
A review of the data if there is a mismatch
Please include your account ID and payout ticket and request escalation to a senior Risk/Compliance reviewer.
If there has been a miscalculation or misinterpretation, it should be corrected transparently.

We understand how frustrating it is to receive a payout denial without an initial explanation, and then have to follow up publicly before getting a response. That is not how the process should work.

To clarify:

A payout decision should always come with a clear, rule-based explanation upfront
Communication should remain consistent and responsive, especially after a decision has been issued
If the reasoning you received feels inconsistent or incorrect, you are absolutely right to question it — especially if you have supporting evidence.
We also want to be clear: payouts are not denied arbitrarily. They are based on the risk and compliance framework. However, if the explanation is unclear, delayed, or not aligned with your actual trading data, that becomes a communication and review quality issue, which should be addressed.

At this stage, we recommend:

Reply to the existing email thread and request a detailed breakdown of the decision, including the specific trades and rules applied
Attach the proof you mentioned to support your case
Request escalation to a senior Risk/Compliance manager for a second-level review
A payout denial should always be transparent, explainable, and consistent with your trading data.
We understand your frustration and agree that situations like this must be handled with clarity and professionalism.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, especially regarding support and payouts — those are critical parts of any trader’s experience.

We want to clarify a few important points:

OFP Funding does not take deposits to trade live capital. Traders purchase access to simulated accounts governed by defined rules and risk parameters.
Payouts are processed when accounts meet both the performance criteria and compliance requirements. They are not denied arbitrarily.
If support has not responded to your complaints, that is a service issue and not the standard we aim to provide.
We also want to be clear that we are not affiliated with any third-party platforms mentioned in your review. We advise caution with any service that promises guaranteed or “constant” returns, as those claims are typically high-risk.
If you are still open to resolving your case, we recommend:

Contacting support with your account ID and payout ticket
Requesting a clear written explanation of your case
Asking for escalation to a senior support or compliance manager
We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

There’s enough bad reviews here

There’s enough bad reviews here, only a fool would overlook them and still buy into this company’s scam tactics.
Ridiculously high spreads, up to 4 times other prop firms.
Support is only there when you have minor issues, anything else and they will avoid it, and make up stupid rules and reasons to fail you. They close accounts for no reason and won’t fix it or reopen the Account.
Although I didn’t reach a pay. I left with no confidence that I would even get a pay, so wasnt worth wasting anymore time with these bunch of scammers.
They should be reported to fair trade commission.

Another sad story about prop companies…

Another sad story about prop companies who don’t fulfill their promises.
Please, don’t claim you don’t have a consistency rule, while you hide 100 other hidden rules!

I purchased 2 instant pro. accounts, I made +$500 profit on one of the accounts, I met all the metrics in the dashboard, and asked for payout. They claimed that my account involved into gambling practices, cause I had some losses exceeds 50% of the winner positions (ex: one loss $200 and 50% of my winner positions are $100 each).
This was weird, cause my trading style is very conservative, I close 25-50% of my winner position (ex: position is winning $200, I close half to secure $50-$100 and keep the other half running). I sent an email to explain that to their customer support in details but no response.

I accepted not to be paid the $500 payout, and tried again and won more than $3000, I sent to the customer support to ask if the account is in good position to get payout, but again no customer support response, so I had no more time to lose, I exploited the two accounts and left this company.
Very frustrating!

We understand how frustrating it is to meet the dashboard metrics, request a payout, and then receive a denial that doesn’t seem to match your trading approach — especially when communication is lacking.
We want to clarify a few points:

OFP does not use hidden rules, but some risk controls are principle-based (not a single fixed number) and assess the distribution of trades, not just totals.

In cases like the one you described, the concern is usually risk asymmetry — for example, losses that are disproportionately large relative to the typical realized gains, even if overall PnL is positive.

Partial closes can affect how averages are calculated, which may make winning trades appear smaller in distribution analysis compared to full-loss trades.

That said, if this was not clearly explained with concrete examples from your trades, that is a communication gap. You should receive a specific, data-backed breakdown — not a general statement.
Regarding support: not receiving replies after detailed emails or pre-check requests is not acceptable. You should be able to get a clear status before submitting a payout.
If you’re open to it, we recommend requesting:

A trade-by-trade breakdown showing how your average wins and losses were calculated

The exact threshold/criteria that triggered the “gambling” classification

Examples of specific trades used in the decision

Include your account ID and payout ticket and request escalation to a senior Risk/Compliance manager.
We understand your decision to move on, but we appreciate you taking the time to explain your case — feedback like this highlights where clearer communication is needed.
