Thank you for sharing your experience.
We’re sorry to hear about the situation — especially with the payout denial, the inactivity closure, and your time in hospital. We understand how all of this together can be frustrating and affect your trading confidence.
To clarify:

The 28-day inactivity rule is generally calculated based on account activity, and any confusion about when it starts (from purchase vs. first trade) should always be clearly explained.

Once an account is closed due to inactivity, it is typically final under the rules, but your request for flexibility given your circumstances should have been handled with more clarity and consideration.

Even on accounts without a consistency score, payouts remain subject to the overall risk/compliance framework.

Your feedback highlights some important areas:

Clarity of inactivity rules

Quality and tone of support communication

Handling of exceptional situations

We regret that your interaction with support did not meet expectations. You should always receive clear, respectful, and helpful communication, regardless of the outcome.
If you decide to try again, we recommend:

Confirming all time-based rules (inactivity, payout cycles, etc.) in advance

Reporting any login or access issues immediately, so they can be documented and reviewed

We appreciate your balanced feedback and are glad to hear that response times on live chat were positive, even if the overall experience was not.
We wish you a smooth recovery and the best in your trading going forward.

STAY OUT...

STAY OUT...
There is a good reason why they are cheaper than other instant fundings: They have the WORST trading conditions. I've been trading for 4 years, tried a lot of propfirms and platforms. I trade exclusively XAUUSD. They have 300pip spread on Gold. Thats INSANE. Commonly should be 3,4,5 pips....! PLUS they have hidden comissions! WHAT? So you trade, you don't see the comissions being taken out ANYWHERE on your dashboard or spreadsheet... You go trade by trade and literally says Zero on comissions and Zero on swap. But is being deducted from your PnL. And OH you'll be pissed when you lose funded accounts by reaching a drawdown limit when you thought you had more room that you actually had. Thats HIDDEN, that is NOT transparency.
This prop firm should be regulated, what they are doing is absolutely against their costumers.
Costumer service pretend to be clueless and they barely respond to REAL questions.
Im out. Last time I use them and I hope they stop seducing traders with discoutns and prices.
Read the comments of all other costumers that don't get paid. If you pass the wall of hidden obstacles you then have to try and convince them for a payout....

Thank you for sharing your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with trading conditions and transparency did not meet expectations — especially on an instrument like XAUUSD, where precision matters.
We want to clarify a few key points:
Spreads on Gold (XAUUSD)
Spreads can vary depending on liquidity, volatility, session timing, and account configuration. However, the levels you described should be reviewed. If spreads appeared excessively wide, our technical team can verify this against the price feed and execution logs.
Commissions & PnL calculations
There are no hidden commissions. In some cases, costs may be reflected directly within execution pricing (spread-based models) rather than shown as a separate commission line, which can create confusion. That said, all costs impacting PnL should be clearly traceable, and if they are not visible on your dashboard, that is a transparency issue we take seriously.
Drawdown concerns
Drawdown is calculated based on equity (including floating PnL), not only closed trades. If costs like spread or execution impact equity in real time, this can affect the available buffer. This should be clearly understood and communicated.
Support experience
We regret that you felt support was unhelpful or unresponsive. You should always receive clear, technical answers — especially on topics like spreads, commissions, and execution.
If you’re open to it, we recommend sending:

Trade IDs and timestamps where spreads appeared abnormal

Screenshots of PnL discrepancies

Your account ID and platform used

This allows a precise audit of pricing, execution, and cost calculation.
We understand your frustration — particularly when it relates to trading conditions and clarity — and we appreciate you taking the time to explain your case in detail.

Review Update: Account 1025496 – From Delay to Deplatforming

Following up on my previous review regarding the payout for Account 1025496 (originally scheduled for February 10, 2026). It is now well past the due date, and the situation has devolved from a "manual review" into a complete lack of professional integrity.
Despite OFP’s earlier claims that "transparency cuts both ways" and that delays are not a strategy to avoid payment, my experience proves otherwise. After I followed the advice to seek escalation and continued to request daily updates via Discord and email—documented with the screenshots I previously mentioned—OFP’s response was not to provide a resolution, but to remove me from their Discord server entirely.

The Reality of the Situation:
• Zero Payout: The funds from February 10 remain unpaid.
• Silencing the Customer: Rather than providing the "clear status update" or "defined resolution timeline" they promised in their response, they chose to Revoke my access to support channels.
• Compliance as a Smoke Screen: My account had only 6 trades. There is no legitimate reason for a "deep verification" to take this long, especially when all requested documentation was provided weeks ago.

OFP has demonstrated that when they are unable or unwilling to meet their financial obligations, they will silence the trader rather than solve the problem. Being banned for simply asking for payout is a massive red flag.
Avoid this firm. They do not respect their own timelines, and they certainly do not respect their traders. If you value your capital and your time, look elsewhere.

Thank you for your detailed follow-up.
We understand the seriousness of what you’re describing. A payout pending since February 10, 2026, combined with removal from a support channel, is not an acceptable experience and does not reflect how cases should be handled.
To address your points directly:

Payout delay: A review should not extend indefinitely — especially on an account with limited activity. At this stage, your case requires a final determination, not continued “under review” status.

Communication: You are right to expect a clear status update and defined timeline. Repeated follow-ups without resolution indicate a breakdown in communication that must be addressed.

Access to support: Removal from Discord should never replace formal communication. All decisions — especially payout-related — must be communicated via official channels (email/ticket) with proper reasoning.

We also want to be clear: compliance reviews are not intended to avoid payment. However, when a case reaches this level of delay and lack of response, it becomes a service and escalation failure, not a standard review process.
Your case (Account 1025496) now requires urgent, final resolution.
At this stage, the correct outcome is:

A final written decision (approved or denied)

If denied, a detailed, trade-referenced explanation

If approved, a confirmed payout processing timeline

We will flag this case internally for immediate attention.
We understand your frustration — after this timeline, you are right to expect clarity, accountability, and closure.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!! It's a shame OFP has fallen so low. It used to be a reputable company. I'll explain what I'm saying. - Apparently and suspiciously, the instant accounts are very cheap and accessible. - The rules are super strict, which I don't mind. But I scalp indices, and despite having an average risk-reward ratio of 2.5, they denied me the payout because I had a single loss larger than most of my profits. Horrible because this depends on your trading style. - Abrupt change in the Index Consistency Rate. They did it two days before the payout. From 25% to 20%. Inexplicable and frustrating. - After acquiring an account with the 20%, when I went to withdraw, they told me it was actually 15%. My dashboard showed 20%, and some customer service chat agents told me the account was under review and that I shouldn't trade, I think they were speculating about the account expiring. It was over two weeks of "review." The other advisors told me to keep trading until I reached 15%, surely speculating that I would lose the account. It was all very distressing. They abruptly migrated my account and changed my platform to MT5. I use a 50-pip stop loss. When you enter a trade, you do so with a 20-pip loss. And that's even though I'm risking 0.25% of my account. It was once a decent Prop Firm, but now it's a simple scam. Invest in 5ers, FTMO, Funding Pips. Not in this garbage.

Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience in detail.
We understand how frustrating this situation must feel — especially when it involves payout denial, rule changes close to withdrawal, and conflicting guidance from support.
We’d like to address your points clearly:
1️⃣ Risk/Reward & payout denial
Even with a strong average R:R (e.g., 2.5), payout reviews also assess the distribution of trades. A single loss significantly larger than the typical realized profits can trigger a risk asymmetry flag. That said, this must be clearly demonstrated with your actual trade data — not explained in general terms.
2️⃣ Consistency rule changes
Changes to parameters like consistency thresholds are intended to align models with risk management. However, applying or communicating changes close to a payout window, or inconsistently (25% → 20% → 15%), creates confusion and is not acceptable. Your dashboard and official communication should always match the rules governing your account.
3️⃣ Conflicting support guidance
Being told both “stop trading” and “continue trading” during a review is a serious issue. Reviews should come with clear instructions and a defined status, not speculation. We acknowledge this as a communication failure.
4️⃣ Migration & trading conditions
Platform migrations (e.g., to MT5) can affect execution details such as spread, entry pricing, and effective stop distance. However, if your risk model (e.g., 0.25% with a defined SL) is being distorted by execution conditions, that should be transparent and reviewable, not a surprise.
5️⃣ Overall concern
We understand why these combined issues lead to loss of trust. While we strongly reject the claim that OFP operates as a scam, your feedback highlights real concerns around consistency, communication, and clarity that must be addressed.

If you are open to a final clarification, we recommend requesting:

A full breakdown of the payout denial with specific trade examples

Confirmation of the exact consistency rule applied to your account

A timeline and explanation of all rule changes affecting your account

Please include your account ID and payout ticket, and request escalation to a senior Risk/Compliance manager.
We understand your frustration and appreciate you outlining your experience in detail.

Support and offers are great but large spreads…

Account receipt and support was great along with trading process.. Though they should add more platforms and low spreads with commission per lot option as it becomes frustrating with MAX RISK per trade rule.. This is a review after trading one account with the company so there are some aspects especially about payout process I am not familiar with. So I won't comment on that..

Thank you for your feedback.
We’re glad to hear that your experience with account setup, support, and the trading process has been positive so far.
We also appreciate your suggestions:

Expanding platform options

Offering lower spreads with a commission-per-lot model

These are valid points, especially for traders managing risk per trade where execution costs can have a direct impact.
It’s also completely fair to reserve judgment on the payout process until you’ve experienced it — we respect that approach.

Your feedback helps us understand where improvements are most valuable, particularly in balancing cost structure and trading flexibility.

We appreciate your support and wish you continued success in your trading.

Free reset and double of my accounts

I had 3x instant 100k accounts with OFP and my accounts were in drawdown of 3.1%, and all my three accounts were migrated to MT5 and I got free reset but I received 3x 200k instant accounts instead, so I have 600k and no drawdown, so I am really surprised and happy

I have a County Court Judgement against OFP. They regularly decline payouts applying trading rules which are not published. They also invent new rules during trading cycles and retroactively apply these. Unless you want keep going to Court to recover your payouts. Choose a reputable firm like FTMO instead.

Thank you for your feedback.
We take statements of this nature very seriously.
OFP Funding does not apply unpublished or retroactive rules. All trading parameters and risk guidelines are outlined in our Terms & Conditions, and payout decisions are based on that framework. While some provisions are principle-based (for example, around risk behavior and trade distribution), they are not created or applied arbitrarily during or after a trading cycle.
We also do not comment on individual legal matters in public forums. If there are formal proceedings or judgments, those are handled through the appropriate legal channels.
We understand that disputes can arise — particularly when payouts are denied — but these decisions are tied to compliance findings, not to newly “invented” rules.
If you believe your case was assessed incorrectly, you may still request:

A detailed breakdown of the decision, including specific trades referenced

Confirmation of the exact rule(s) applied

Escalation to a senior Risk/Compliance review

We appreciate you sharing your perspective.

We appreciate you sharing both sides of your experience — especially having received payouts before the recent rule changes.

We understand that updates like the 1% rule and the adjustment to a 10% inconsistency score (on previous Instant models) may not suit every trading style. These changes were introduced to strengthen risk structure, but we recognize they can feel restrictive depending on how you trade.

That said, your point is clear — following the rules is key, and we’re glad to hear you were able to receive payouts when operating within them.

Your feedback is valuable as we continue working to balance flexibility and risk management across our models.
We appreciate your support and wish you continued success in your trading.

Let me be honest about this prop firm

Let me be honest about this prop firm. They offer very attractive discounts, which makes it a great option for beginners—getting a $50K account for just over $100 is definitely appealing.

However, the spreads and commissions are among the worst I’ve seen compared to other prop firms. Gold (XAUUSD) is manageable for day trading, but most other pairs are not suitable at all. It honestly feels like they don’t properly support forex trading.

If you mainly trade forex pairs, I would recommend staying away from this firm. But if your focus is only on trading gold, then it could still be a reasonable choice.
