Let me tell you my experience with this great company! I placed an order on Sunday, and I just received it half an hour ago! Man was I surprised at the level of packaging! Amazing! Everything I ordered is here! I'm Romanian, and I have family, friends from Nigeria, I love cooking Nigerian meals! Due to a health problem, I couldn't go to my usual shop in town so I decided to place an order, after reviews and careful consideration, I ordered from you guys, and I'm so happy I did! Now you gained one more customer! The same way I'm ordering from my Romanian people online, the same way I'll be ordering from you guys! Thank you so much. I received my order today,I am not happy. This is my 4th time ordering from here. I am very disappointed. Both of my rice was damaged from the bottom. When I try taking it out from the box it was puring on the floor. I had to empty it somewhere, my plantain was damaged,chin-chin was damaged and my whole salt was damaged and pure inside the box. I spend my money only to receive such service. I will not be coming back I will take my customer service else where I feel valued and appreciated after I have spend £300 plus. The staff are also rude when speaking on the phone they also didn't bother responding to my email in regards to my damaged items with proof via pictures. This is the reason
why black business never go far because of bad customer service and nasty attitude toward customer.

It looks like they respect the customers .. from London to Manchester took less then 10 hours, and guess what though DHL … the packing MAN, very respectful .. the sent my order in a fridge and the fridge is a gift for free.

I've seen their ads almost everywhere (online) and decided to give it a go. I was honestly sceptical as I wasn't sure what to expect but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The vegetables (uziza and ewedu) were very fresh. The selection of protein well packaged and a complimentary bottle of Lacasera which I haven't had for years added to my feel good vibe!!!
