Ordered a gunslip arrived first time out the strap broke on the top rivet and all they could do was send a load of rivets now the inside layer is ripped

I purchased a short bullpup gun bag after seeing a YouTube video, I contacted Ogden's for information on the bag and was pleased with the answers so I ordered one after being told he had a bag already started, payment was made on a Thursday and the bag arrived on the Saturday how's that for service, I've been using the gun bag for 6 months and it's still like,new extremely well made very robust with decent zips and plenty storage pockets it even came with a cap and note book, I would recommend Ogden's to anyone who needs good quality products, many thanks Martin,

I purchased a gun slip (The Cambridge) from Ogdens Shooting Supplies (OSS) The slip arrived a couple of days later (well within my expectations)
The slip is very much on a par with other gun slips in terms of cost, however that’s where the similarities end. In all other aspects the Cambridge from OSS is way ahead of the pack.

The Cambridge from OSS is made of a multiple layer construction, with an excellent quality zip, sturdy brass fittings, a rugged leather end piece, and leather sling and hand strap.

It has a white fleece lining which opens full length with the zip, ideal for those days (heaven forbid) when your gun and the slip get wet.

I was so impressed with the Cambridge that I contacted Phil Ogden who made me a shorter made to measure slip in an identical specification for my shorter side by side. The shorter slip again arrived a couple of days later, before I had even paid for it, I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Ogdens. I wouldn’t hesitate to order further items from them.
