Thought I was getting decent quality
Thought I was getting decent quality. I was wrong.
Some of my drawers need longer screws.. if you don't use the ones supplied other screws burr the inside as it seems to be plastic not stainless steel like advertised. Cheap flimsy product. Extremely disappointed. Never again. Now I have to buy another set elsewhere as I won't be purchasing from here again.

I would like to take this opportunity to clarify the facts - this product of TB01, size 96mm is made of stainless steel. The weight information stated on the website is also true and correct. Indeed we do not sell plastic handles.
Another fact regarding this type of product - this is a very popular stainless steel T Bar in the Australian market and most of them have the same or similar weight for that size and for that price of $3.05 each, unlike our Zinc Alloy products, they are solid and feel elegance, for example LP07, TB20, they are just $6.95 each for size 96mm. They are individually packed with foam and plastic, so they remain factory condition, so they don't get scratched during transportation.
Kathy, if you like to return or exchange, you are more than welcome to do so as long as they are unopened and unused. If you still would like to stick with that popular T Bar but would like a more solid construction of stainless steel. Our factory can custom made it for you. Yes, we do custom made products.

Ordered online, cup pull handles and knobs for a laundry and office renovation. Ohandle service was timely and stress-free. When the items arrived we were very happy with the quality and the colour was just right. I had been looking at similar handles which were about 3 times the price. I was really happy with the handles
I was really happy with the handles, fast delivery, however the screws were the wrong size and I had to cut them down which took a lot of time and made the handles very difficult to fit. An option for screw size based on thickness of the draw or cupboard with the handles were going in would have helped enormously.
