I never write reviews, but I ordered from Oh Hello Clothing and returned my full order because of the low quality. I paid with Klarna and Oh Hello Clothing still holds €40 for me to pay. I had to pay the return costs (which were very expensive) and now they also hold €40? For what? I can't reach them as well and they don't respond via e-mail!

Very quick delivery, ordered on the 26th of December and arrived on the 28th.
Great quality of dress , detail is exceptional, material is very high quality.
Cant recommend enough!

I didn't know this shop but they sold a cardigan that I owned and wanted to buy again in different colours so I took a chance. The items arrived very quickly and with a thank you envelope which included a small scented candle, some eye patch masks, a kit kat chocolate bar, a bag of tea and some hair bobbles. Also a 15% discount on my next order. How lovely is that?! Would not hesitate to buy from this shop again 😊.

I was really impressed with the material quality of the dresses. The sizing is spot on and I can honestly say it's exceeded my expectations! Will be ordering more bits in the future.

Love love the clothing, have bought stuff in 2020 and everything was perfect! But since then every time I order something now in the last few weeks I have had to send back. The sizing is absolutely so disheartening! Usually a size 12 in dresses. But to play it safe I decided to order a 14 XL and it wouldn’t even close up on me.
I made a mistake the first time ordering I had ordered the XS by mistake but returned straight away with no hassle. Then ordered the 14 and was so excited, hence why im upset about the sizing.
Very disheartening, love the style and clothing but unfortunately will not be buying again due to sizing not been correct.

Fantastic choices for bridesmaid dresses!!!

Bought it on Tuesday morning it arrived Wednesday afternoon delivery was super fast and the dress was Devine and looked exactly alike it did on the website 🙌 quality was brilliant and great fit. ❤️

The dress I had my eye on in oh hello, Miya Corset A line satin gown, was out of stock so I signed up for restock notification and as soon as I got the message I logged on and bought the dress. It came within three days and was absolutely perfect. I love it. I got so many compliments at my debs I felt like a princess. I will definitely buy again from oh hello.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Terrible customer service, website links break. The sizes are not correct on the website the sizes are all completely wrong. Incorrect information returning from Germany, they will not accept the plastic returns and they are double the price suggested on the website. Not recommended!

Dress arrived with several noticeable pulls in the satin fabric as well as bobbling around the back of the dress. I also ordered a size S but received a size M, and therefore unfortunately have to get the dress altered in a rush. I’ll have to ignore both of these issues as I do not have time to return the dress and re-order a new one for an upcoming event. Shipping is also quite expensive at £6!
Some really lovely occasion dress styles on the website and good replies from customer service, but just a shame about the quality control considering the price - this issue could be resolved if returns were inspected before being resold to other customers.

I ordered 6 dresses for 4 bridesmaids (2 extra style choices) all the way from Canada! The entire time customer care helped me with all of my questions and even let me know that some of the dresses I selected were a different shade of green. Which saved me a ton of time and money! After we received the dresses and my girls chose their favorites (all dresses were true to size and looked amazing) I was able to do the return process with little to no stress! A lot of reviews mention it being difficult internationally…. I just followed the instructions and everything went very smoothly. It was a little bit expensive to mail but with a big order it was worth it! Customer care truly made this experience a 10/10 when I was nervous about ordering online. I would recommend to all of my friends :)
