Terrible experience - Order has not yet arrived!
Terrible experience - Order was placed on December 10th for two Christmas cards that have still not arrived. Their terms of service covers for up to 30 days! Very dissapointing!

Quality of the product and service were…
Quality of the product and service were both fine. However since the UK is no longer in the EU, it took nearly a month to receive the package and I had to pay another 7 euros for customs duties on top of a product that only cost GBP 4,50. If would not purchase this item again knowing what I know now. In the future, I will only purchase items that are already in the EU.

I can confirm that sadly all orders being sent to the EU are now subject to customs charges.
However, rest assured our operations team are working on setting up an IOSS shipping service which will cover these charges in the future. This should be set up in the early new year.
