The site is not easy to navigate. However, the biggest issue was the delivery. I chose a specific day for delivery and had confirmation that it would be delivered that day. Then I receive the tracking number and it says the delivery will come two days later than promised. If delivery was complimentary, it would be so bad, but I was charged a fee for a service that was not provided for as promised.
