Terrible
Terrible, ordered a five pound bag of pistachio…..received five individual bags which would have been cheeper then the five pound bag which I ordered. Called customer service, spoke to a manager. I was told that they thought they would stay fresher if I received individual bags. Would not respond to why I didn’t get the five pound bag I ordered. I don’t want 10% off my order. I want what I ordered. Products are being returned as I speak. Disgusted with this place!!!! I recommend, Oh Nuts, no hassles and you get exactly what you want…..not what they wanna give you… you’ll get what you ordered 😡😡😡

I have ordered mixed nuts from you in the past seven bags, no problem because they arrived as pictured with brazil nuts. I changed to your company because the last nut supplier began shorting brazil nuts, my wifes favorite.
I ordered 25lbs mixed nuts only to find no brazil nuts. I have been cheated,
I called to complain and was told I should have read the disclaimer that mixes change. If you don't make up the shortage I will file a complaint with Wv. Attorney General,
I don't want anything extra, I only want what I ordered and had come to expect.
