The package took longer than promised to arrive. The bathing suit was poor quality. It’s wearable but it’s not of the best material. The bra is very uncomfortable & not sewed very good.

I never received my order. They took my money, and never responded to my emails. Horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Never received my order. Ordered from them once before and had no issues, ordered a second time, no shipment, no contact. Will not be placing anymore orders.

Terrible company. Spent over £80 on bikinis, only 2 came. Extremely poor quality, not even wearable. Emailing back and forth for around 6 months because the replies are so slow, refusing a refund. Never ever order from this website

I ordered a top several months ago that I never received. Tried contacting them via Facebook and Twitter and never got response. Very unhappy with their customer service and lack of delivery.

I ordered a swimsuit from OHrange, but returned it. The fabric was cheap, it looked different than online, and the cut was really weird around my shoulders that would have made it extremely uncomfortable to wear. It was difficult to get a tracking number when it shipped to me. I still have no idea if the package made it back and if I got a refund or not. Overall the experience was disappointing, but about what I expected from an online company like this. I don't know if the other clothes are of better quality or not.

I ordered a top from them 5 months ago. It was never shipped. I have contacted them multiple times asking for a refund or an update, and gotten no response.

i ordered a bathing suit a month and a half ago and still hasn't arrived. they won't respond to my emails or my phone calls. a total SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an outfit MONTHS ago and never received it. I sent them an email about it, and they asked if I wanted a refund or for the package to be resent, because apparently there was a shipping issue and the package was returned to them. I told them I still wanted my order and still nothing. It also took them about a week just to respond to my email. Just don't bother.

This website sent me the wrong size, and would not get back to me about a redfund or exchanging for another size!!! After I emailed more than 5 times!!! I also did not get refunded back the money I should have been given after sending another article of clothing back. I would not suggest using this website.

i ordered from this website before and received my order within a week or 2, the second time i ordered a a similar product from this site i haven't received my order, an update on when it'll be shipped, a reply to my email, or even a refund. its been over a month and i'm thinking they just charged me for a $30+ bikini and will never send it.

Horrible company and customer service. We've been trying since May to get a refund for the suit we returned. No one will respond to us. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

AWFUL SCAM! I ordered 1 t-shirt and my card was charged immediately and still have yet to receive my package! I am reporting them to The Better Business Bureau!

I've ordered from ohrange before and the clothes are awesome and always come on time. The last time I ordered a romper for my birthday, I ordered it a month in advance. I never received a tracking number, after two months of trying to contact ohrangeand never getting a response, I've began to give up, I want the romper I payed for but it seems it will never come and I will never get an answer on why not. 😢

It took forever to get the product. Said it would be here in 2 weeks it took a month. I would not buy from here again.

I can't believe I didn't read reviews before giving this fake company $100!!!!! I have emailed 3 times, in the time span of almost 3 months. I ordered 3 bikinis and only received one and it was the WRONG bikini. Something hideous I didn't even order. (and they sent me a small bikini when I ordered all Mediums?!?!) Everybody on this website wants revenge and legal action and I'm going to take it. This company won't last for much longer. DO NOT EVER BUY. Listen to myself and believe it's a scam, or just flush your money down the toilet and hope for things to work out. Does not get any worse than this.
