I ordered two swimsuits and received only one and that was over a month after I placed my order. I have yet to receive my second.

Absolute trash. Worst experience I've ever had buying online. Came 6 weeks after expected date and then was sent a bracelet to make me feel better. Waste of money. I

I ordered two suits in the middle of July, I received one in 7 days which was what I expected (their order confirmation says 1-5 days processing and I paid for 3 day shipping on both suits) ... but I have yet to get even a shipping notification for the other suit. It's a month later. The first suit came in and it is super cute, but too small. So I emailed them about having it exchanged after I tried on and found out it was too small, and have yet to hear back from them. I have also emailed them twice about about both issues and have yet to receive a reply. I am not happy with the service I have received. Also, they have no customer service number to call and every time you send them a Facebook message they send an auto reply immediately but never actually respond to you.

I ordered an outfit under the impression that there was a return/exchange policy. This couldn't be more false. The outfit arrived no problem, but it happened to be a size too small. As I tried to return it, I could not, and still have not gotten a response from the company. There is no returns/exchange system, so if you do order, make sure it will fit. Now I am stuck with an outfit that is too small, and a loss of the money I paid for the outfit.

loved the swimsuit, exceeded my expectations and will definetely get all my swimsuits here in the future

Shipping was ridiculous

The bikini I order is so gorgeous and it fits me perfectly, but when I ordered this item I chose my shipping option for 3 business days and I got it about two weeks later which made me very upset. But I loved the bikini

I ordered just a swimsuit over a month ago. I don't think it has even been shipped yet and they haven't responded to my email.

Horrible experience: Took forever to receive my order. Was delivered over two weeks after they told me it would be. Tried over 5 times to contact them before I got a response. Seems like they only reply to happy customers and try their best to ignore the unhappy ones.

Great price, no complaints

I had an absolute HORRIBLE experience with this website and their customer service. I ordered a dress a month before an event and didn't get the dress until 2 1/2 months after I ordered it. I tried to contact their customer service and they did not help at all.

Horrible. Took over a month for me to get it, and it didn't even look like the picture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

The tops of the bathing suits fit great but the bottoms were tiny. My XS friend couldn't fit in them and I am a medium. But you have to by them in a pair which makes it very difficult.

It took over a month for my items to come in, and when they did, I was unhappy with the quality. It was also extremely difficult to get any response from customer sercive. Do NOT reccomend.

Order several items from website. Took over three months to get a tracking number. Two items came in, one was wrong size and after months of trying to contact them I get a response telling me third packed was it's way... it's been five months and I still haven't gotten my other package nor have heard from this websit after contact again.

Terrible return experience. I send my order back for an exchange and now going on 3 months later and I still don't have it! I sent multiple emails for help and not one of them was responded to. I was ripped off.

Very cheap prices but that also means quality as well. One of my bathing suits broke right as i opened it so I was pretty upset about that. However, I bought a 1-piece that has held up okay & the romper I bought as well. I bought a stitch sweatshirt that is super comfy & adorable!
