This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. The product took 6 weekend to Arrive and I want to return it and no one will respond to me. The bathing suit could never possible fit anyone, straps are wayyy too long and the bottoms are a thong and not pictured that way. I would not ever order From this company again.

I paid over a hundred dollars for 5 bathing suits and got one that is such awful quality every time I put it on a seam rip because there is no elastic iN A BATHING SUIT?!?!?!. DO NOT RISK IT THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

Have a problem with an item email them twice and no response never ordering from here again...

Shipping was a problem and all communication about it wasn't helpful either.

I ordered 3 weeks ago for vacation and only got one of my items in the mail. And am still waiting for the other two items. I have no idea where they are!

The swimsuit came late and was not the correct size

The dress did not come looking like it was suppose to at all. Very disappointed.

White bralettes was very itchy. Black bag was way smaller than expected. Black bralette and halter top were perfect.

Clothing was poorly made and took forever to ship

honestly i was so excited for this bralette i orders and when it came (A WEEK LATE AFTER I PAID FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING) it was the wrong bralette and one cup was drastically different in size from the other

One star is being genorous. Bought a dress that did not match the description at all, have been trying to return it for 3 months now to no avail due to the horrendous customer service. Extremely disappointed and irritated at their ignorance. Would NEVER shop here and will NOT be recommending this website.

It took almost a MONTH for me to get a single tshirt

I returned a bathing suit to exchange it for a bigger size.... Ohrange never sent it back, nor refunded my money. I've reached out to them multiple times on Twitter but no one has contacted me back. It's been over 2 months and I paid $40 for a swimsuit I don't even have.... it would be great to get a refund or the swimsuit in the correct size!!!

I ordered 2 shirts a month ago that never came. I tried tracking my package but it stated that "tracking does not exist." I DM'd OHrange on twitter stating my problem as well as emailing them and never got a response back. I don't trust this company now because I've been ripped off.

I ordered 5 items and I only received 4 of them, that order was placed two and a half months ago...... still no 5th item. It was a joke. I emailed and messaged the company on Facebook multiple times and no one responded with an actual helpful answer. I will never order from them again. If I had received all my packages I'd be happy but I got ripped off 45$ off of one dress in the order

Sent wrong item. No one responded to my messages to return item and for a refund.
