Since one star is the lowest, that I what I will give. My daughter bought a swimsuit and the eyelets both rusted and fell out on the first wear. I emailed and got a timely response saying they were happy to help with a refund and sent a link to the forms to start that process. After going through the process of the website, I got no response at all. I went back to the first email that got the response and cannot get a reply from that anymore either.
My daughter spent her own money for this swimsuit and it was wasted. I would like her to be able to get her money back.
Ideally, I would give no stars, since we have no swimsuit. (at least not one that we can wear)

Ordered a swimsuit that came in way too small, but the straps are too long so I can't resell it. Also can't return it because the website has to "approve" your request to return something, and of course it never got approved.

The order came almost 2 months later and they sent me the wrong size. I had to send it back and just requested a refund, wasn't worth waiting another 2 months. Unacceptable.

When I received my order not only was I missing the top that was supposed to come but also the zipper on the pants I got was broken which normally would be ok but I've sent multiple emails asking for a replacement and it's been 3 weeks and no one has answered. I would highly recommend people really review if this company is worth your time or not because it is extremely unreliable and is a scam.

I ordered 5 bikinis on June 4th. It is now august 8th and I STILL dont have them all. I have emailed them many times & they show no urgency to give me a refund or send my bathing suits. I will not order from them again!

when i got the suit neither top or bottom fit. I emailed the company like i was told to and i requested a return on the website. I did not receive any word back and i did not have an address or number to call to straighten things out. I lost out on all my money and now i have a suit that doesn't fit. terrible terrible website to order from. very non reliable

If I could give a negative star, I would. The one single thing I ordered took over a month to arrive from CHINA and didnt even fit. Havent woren it once! The Romper I bought didnt fit because the way they make their clothing is weird. It was too short in the back and rode up my back side (Im short like 5"4'). Not only was it too short for me to wear, I couldnt even fix it myself it was so cheaply made. I asked them for refund and they send me the return label a couple days too late past the point they would accept returns (catch 22). Awful. I wanted my money back on something I cant wear or even fix enough to wear. What a joke like the rest of the online companies

Never received the swimsuit I ordered after 2 months. After contacting you guys numerous times and getting no response. I had to dispute it with my credit card company to get my money back. Will never buy anything from this company again. Terrible experience.

I received the wrong item, and no body would talk to me whenever i contacted the company. Very poor customer service and I will never recommend this website to anyone. On trying to return I was going to be charged £40 to send it back, so I threw the dress in the bin, as no member of your company would talk to me concerning my delivery.

I never got my product and when I asked for a refund, they wouldn't answer my mails. They are quick to take your money, but won't give it back to you when the transition fails. Do yourself a favor and don't order there, it's a waste of time and money.

The website was easy to use and easy to order but the shipping took very long. I was satisfied with the colour of the bikini I purchased but dissatisfied with the fit and quality.

I did not receive my item and it has been weeks, I chose one business day. This is ridiculous and I leave for vacation next week and I specifically ordered it early so I would have it for vacation.

I still didn't get my package and you already took the money !!!!!! and there is no one answering my e-mail !!

From the UK, ordered a bikini that I wanted to return and they refused to give me a refund as I was in the UK even though it says no where on the website that uk returns are not possible. They then continued to ignore me on all platforms I tryed to contact them on

This is the worst company I have ever tried to order from. I ordered a swimsuit over a month ago and never got it in the mail; I never even got a tracking number. They charged my account for the product right away and I haven't heard from them since. I've sent numerous emails and even tried to contact this company through their other social media outlets. Still without a response from any of my attempts at contact, I get a form e-mail asking to fill out a review on my experience -HA!

Ohrange is a rip off. They took almost 2 months to get my order and even then, I still haven't received a shirt I ordered.

First they said the swimsuit I ordered was out of stock and asked if I wanted another swimsuit instead. I replied and said that I would like my money back since it charged my card. The company never responded. About a month later I received an email saying my order was on the way. Once I received the swimsuit I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. It was no where near true to size like the website had stated. ( I even used the measuring charts to make sure I was getting the right size. ) The material of the swimsuit also felt like a wet suit which made it very uncomfortable to even try on. 10/10 would not recommend, but that's just me. This bad experience also happened to my two sisters.

I've emailed your company over and over again about recieveing a refund for a bikini that was sent to me. This item had a huge tear in it making it unwearable.

I never heard back from anyone. I even sent in photographs of the item. Awful service. Will never order again considering I paid for something that I threw in the garbage.
