My Leap v2 seems sturdy and except for some minor scratches on the lower frame looks good as new! All the adjustable parts, as well as the casters, move smoothly. For those in a hurry, I would note that the order fulfillment took around a month, and the shipping experienced some delays/lack of updates (this is likely since I placed a cross-country order). However, it was well worth it to get a reliably refurbished chair for far less than a new one.

Chair is fantastic. As good or better than I expected. Company contacted me promptly after ordering to schedule delivery and kept me informed on updates.

Though I was understanding of OHR's problems with their moving to a new warehouse, the lack of communications both upfront, during and after shipping was awful. I had to instigate all communications, which is just sad.

I ordered a refurbished chair, which had a small broken piece. They agreed to ship the replacement free of charge and give directions on replacing it.

My chair arrived in perfect condition. I would have appreciated assembly instructions, but assembly was still easy and simple.

Product was out of stock when we ordered and so took a bit longer than expected to ship a substitute. There was good and friendly communication when I reached out about it though, and it turned out there were extenuating circumstances, so I wouldn't expect any of these small difficulties to crop up once they're finished with their move.

Incredibly pleased to have a high-end, supportive chair for 1/3 the price. Got mine last week and already noticing a huge difference in my shoulder and back pain. While it was tricky to find a time when the showroom was open (recommend checking Google Maps in advance since I had to make a few attempts), it was very easy to try out several models, quickly purchase, and receive convenient delivery < 1 week later. Highly recommend purchasing from OHR!

Purchased a refurbished Aeron. Arrived promptly and was in great condition, refurbished exactly as advertised.

Chair shipped quick, was in good shape, did an excellent job cleaning. And a great price! Couldn't have asked for anything else!

Got it relatively fast. There was a slight delay, but they sent me a very detailed email about the delay, which I appreciated. Also, was packaged very well.

Was able to make three visits to the 29th Street showroom to learn more about the types of chairs available, try them out, and then make final decision and purchase of Herman Miller Classic. Process was straightforward and hassle free and the chair was delivered in a timely fashion. Have already recommended OHR to a couple of people who might also be looking to purchase a high end working chair at a reasonable price.

Office chair was delivered quickly, though it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to put it together or at least a link. I had an issue after assembling it and sent an email and was responded to quickly and was able to fix my problem.
